These guys are the criminals not the other way around. They have a bill for 2 weeks and charge $511 in fees for one notice they mailed me that I paid when I got the bill then I find out about the fees and call to get a break down of fees charge an additional $57.50 for the call and them to email a copy of what they are charging. I hate to call back and get charged again to actual make the payment. Who regulates these people because they should be charge with a crime for this. If you hire them they will create a bad environment for your HOA.
