Veterans Worldwide Maintenance Reviews

  • Nov 17, 2015

Veterans World Wide Maintenance is not who they say they are

John Della Marco hypes everything up. He's the current (President) of the company

Mike Rose is a cut throat kind of guy. He's the current (Owner) of the umbrella called Rose Enterprises

Paola Nino is the one running the operation. She's the current (Operations Manager).

Paola Nino is the reason why the turn over rate in that office is EXTREMELY high.

Veterans World Wide Maintenance has been through 52 employees in 9 months.

The management at Veterans World Wide Maintenance will fire you if you do the following

(speak up for yourself, if you were out sick, If you don't come into work when a state of emergency is declared by the state of NJ OR NY, If you come in 3 minutes late, If you don't agree with what the Veterans World Wide Maintenance management does the company will tell you to "Get another job"

Veterans World Wide Maintenance mistreats their employees in the office. (Currently Susan Dixon, Ken Iorio, Jamie Johnson, Jason Campbell, David Thornton, Shayla Cherry, Natalie Lopez) Past employees Marius Satori, Fred Madonaldo, Kim Del Orio Etc.

Veterans World Wide Maintenance is breaking all the labor laws possible.

Veterans World Wide Maintenance has their employees work overtime and don't pay them

Veterans World Wide Maintenance management are very unprofessional- (mean, nasty, no morals, slave drivers)

The Veterans World Wide Maintenance management want the management title but don't want to work for it

If you ask your manager for help they either say no, threaten you or fire you or say they are busy

which consist of being on their personal cell phones and texting or listening to music at their desk.

Veterans World Wide Maintenance treat their employees Like modern day slavery

Veterans World Wide Maintenance forces their employees to work what they call after hours for a week out of the month.

This means you answer the phones and work from home after 6pm to 8am to the next day from Monday to Friday.Approximately 60 hours

The After hours is also on top of your days work Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm or whenever your days is done (40 Hours Work Week). Then on Saturday and Sunday all day Approximately 48 Hours. That's like 148 hours for that week

Veterans World Wide Maintenance starts their W2 employees at $15 Per hour which they say its $600 per weekand you get the after hours pay which is a after taxed amount of $250 extra for that week. Meaning its untaxed money. You mean to tell me that an W2 Employee worked 148 hours that week which is 108 over 40 hours and all they pay out is $250 for that week and the NJ state doesnt know about this.

ALL Veterans World Wide EMPLOYEES are hired as a W-2 employee. But anything over 40 hours you don't get overtime. (AGAINST THE LAW)

How can Veterans World Wide Maintenance make a W2 employee into a salaried position and dare you to say something. (Threats)

Veterans World Wide Maintenance Promises to give reviews and raises to get you in the door- You will never see it.(Liars, False Advertisement, Misleading)

Veterans World Wide Maintenance forces their employees to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment

Labor Board investigate and check Veterans World Wide Maintenance records they fight almost every case unless some knows their laws
