I was charged $102 on October 20, 2020 for a product that was to be delivered in March 2021. Despite numerous attempts to contact James at Velnue, he refuses to refund my money and cancel my order. Numerous other people have requested the same; some of these requests have been granted, others have not. James has provided nonsensical "updates" on his life with no regard as to when said product will be delivered.
