Vegas' Pearl Delights Reviews

  • Apr 27, 2017

Vegas Pearl Delight's I thought was a reputable company, bit after awhile of purchasing merchandise quality of products started to slip down hill, when brought to attention of owner felt as though it wasn't treated with any priority concern. Then after awhile things were good the company announced they were going to start selling man dyed akoya Pearl's in a lot of new colors, which I decided to buy some, since I had purchased some before from other places that were high quality but also high priced I decided to get some from Vegas Pearl Delight's since their price was half of everyone else. After receiving the colored Pearl's I soon realized why they were priced so cheap as they were originally the Pearl's from their "Vegas oysters" that had been drilled thru and that they were hand painted not dyed like advertised, and poorly done at that since you could literally chip the paint away with your finger nail around the hole that went through the Pearl, and the only reasons I could think that there would be a hole thru it is because they were probably strung up to dry since the Pearl was to be inside a locket so there was no other reasoning for a drilled hole. After I brought this to the company's attention I was told that they were advertised man dyed, but when I pointed out that these were "painted" not dyed they told me I was trying to slander them by using another company's cheap knockoff's when I have all the documents showing that all the painted Pearl's came from them, so after getting no where and being accused of lying and trying to dirty their name my only option was to cut my losses. After that the company decided to host an event where you invite someone to the live Facebook show and you and your guest would receive a free akoya pearl, so that was a big hit with everyone as over 50 people came to show support and of course get in on a free akoya pearl. Well after the event was done we received a package that to our knowledge held or free Pearl's, but to our surprise when we opened the package all that was inside was a empty tiny clear Ziploc bag that was sealed and had their business card stapled to the end that opens. So we contacted the company informing them that we received a package but it was empty of our free gift, we were then asked if there was a hole in the package which there was not we sent pictures to them, they informed us that we were not the only ones to get empty packages and that they believed the post man was stealing the Pearl's inside. The problem with that is there was no damage to bag that held the pearl and it was stapled shut, so we were told that they would send us out another one which was fine with us. Well here it is few weeks later and nothing came, we contacted a member of the Vegas Pearl Delight's team asking if we were going to be receiving the free pearl we never got. And the response we got was that they were not sending out another pearl because they believed that we lied about it not being inside and that we were just trying to get more free stuff, then the Vegas Pearl Delight's Facebook page blocked us from contacting them further so this is the last straw of dealing with a shady untrustworthy company and anyone who seeks to do business with them in the future be very cautious and careful I'd advise finding a more well known company that has morals and high standards. I have proof of everything that transpired between us and company and was still accused of lying multiple times. This is not how you grow a company I'm sorry but it's just not right how some of us were treated and we were not the only ones done like this unfortunately.
