An engine check light came on 1st time 12/01/2020. I went to nearest store - Brakemaster. They checked with their meter and said it might be the gas cap because of age. Got a new one and store replaced it for me with proper vin # etc.

Everything fine until 12/13/2020. This time my son checked with his meter. Showed #8 cylinder is misfirimg. I took vehicle to mechanic in Anthem, not telling what my son found. Mechanic said the #8 cylinder was misfiring. When did I last get sparks plugs changed? The #8 spark plug only had two threads inserted and were strippped. I said they had never been changed, I thought.

Went home and found all paper work on my vehicle and found that the plugs had been changed at Van Chevrolet where I purchase it, 05/26/2020. My proof positive damage is documented by Van Chevrolet. No one else had been near the engine except for oil changes. He said that other cylinders and many wires were burned. Ya, Right!!!!!

The man at Van denied the paperwork, the job, was extremely rude, refused me access to the General Manager. He shouted while thumping his chest, said he was the only one I was permitted to speak with. He had the audacity to tell me I had to pay in excess of three thousand dollars to repair. I told him not me - it is your error - you have to pay for your irresponsible or fraudulent errors.

What an outrageous tale he spun. I wrote Corporate in Detroit, - No answer! They sent info to Van and they phoned me. You are right, I refused the woman.

Please, I implore you - never go to Van Chevrolet. Use Courtesy Chevrolet. They are honest, professional, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for your attention.

DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE CROOKS, Run as far away as possible!!! I would rate this place 0 but that's not an option.... My best friend and I went down to this dealership with the intention of getting new cars. Needless to say we succeeded but I got she short end of the stick. I was told the ONLY car that I QUALIFIED for on their lot was a 2017 Chevy Trax. I was optimistic about this, but after having this car for 2 weeks, I feel completely unsafe in it & absolutely hate it. Not to mention everything on my contract changed and they had me sign a second one and lied to me & said that everything was the same. I expressed my concern to my original sales man & he told me to come down and see what they could do about getting me out of this piece of S*** Trax. The dealership told me that my bank & I quote said "I needed to make 3 payments before I could trade in for something I feel safe in". That sounded fishy to me, so I called my bank and they said "that was never said and that all they are responsible for doing is funding the loans that are worked between the dealership & the customers" So I called back down to Van and asked to speak to a supervisor. Whom said that he would get in touch with his boss and see what they can do, but there really wasn't much they could do until I made those 3 payments. I even referred a friend to this dealership, of which I should've received $100 for. Have yet to receive that. Paul kept saying "it should be in the mail, keep looking for it" � I've even emailed the GM Smiley Elturk 4 times and left numerous voicemails. As you all I'm sure can foresee, I've gotten no response. Needless to say, I've now made my 7th car payment & have yet to hear anything back from these crooks. They have absolutely terrible customer service skills & I regret ever stepping foot into this dealership.
