I purchased a Euromi / Nutational Liposuction and fat grafting equipment from Euromi's alleged sole distributor Mr. Dennis Vernon of Vail Medical Equipment aka Nutational North America. Payments were made in 4 installments from 12/2014 and were completed in full on 8/1/2015. However, I never received the equipment after full and final payment, despite many calls and leaving many messages, none of which were no returned. In September of 2017, Mr. Vernon emailed indicated that he would send the equipment immediately but by October once again he failed to return calls and nothing was sent. I became suspicious and discovered that Euromi / Nutational North America had been given a warning letter from the FDA re 8 areas of lack of FDA compliance. It was not clear to me whether Euromi is now licensed to sell in the USA. In view of the above, I requested a refund based on lack of confidence in Mr. Vernon’s communication behavior and I doubted his integrity. When I asked for a refund, he refused to do, even though he was paid in full, and even when I made it clear I did not receive and nor I do not want the equipment. He then attempted to sell me another nutational devise from South America without verifying FDA approval of that devise. Mr. Vernon claimed that he needed to “sell my equipment to refund me”, yet he is the declared sole distributor for Euromi North America. Specifically, he advertises with DOTmed.com, Vail Medical Equipment and 'Square' on line stores, that he has inventory in stock. The premise that the equipment must be purchased by another person to refund me is untrue and is unlawful. Since Mr Vernon is allegedly the sole distributor in North America for Euromi, he reflects what appears to be Euromi's illicit business practices which should be considered carefully when doing business with this company in the USA.
