I purchased two event tickets. Confirmation number 5076247 I chose these tickets as they advertised they could be used anytime during buisness hours while I was on my vacation. I never recived my tickets. When I called I was told one set of anytime tickets want available for three days! I requested a refund. Was told no, must acccept a gift certificate! I explained that was not acceptable hadn't received my tickets would be gone by Friday. On the fourth phone call I was promised one set of tickets and a partial refund of which I recived neither. Horrible company ripping off innocents and ruining vacations!

Just another Internet booking scam service. And for what little good this advice will yield --- I'll give it anyway. Go straight to the venue you are trying to book and book there. Why would you EVER go somewhere else, be charged double and not be given what you asked for?

We ordered tickets online last night for Gen. Jackson noon boat tour on a Mon. in Nov. Options at checkout were 1) receive tickets via online or 2) receive tickets by mail. We chose Opt. 1. When the e-mail came it came with directions that would run us all over Nashville to get our tickets and then back to the Boat.

When I called to change to Opt. 2 they said they can't mail tickets for Nashville events.

I asked to cancel my order and get tickets elsewhere. They said they could only refund 100% by Gift Certificate or 75% refund if cash. I asked to speak to Supervisor. When transferred it when to a voice message system - not live person.

When I called the Gen. Jackson Boat directly, they told me there isn't even a show/tour on that Mon. in November! I called my Credit Card Co. to dispute the charge. I called VacationsMadeEasy back and it went right to Supervisor voice mail system. This Company is a Scam! Buyer Beware!

I ordered four tickets online to The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN, a five hour drive from my home, from Vacations Made Easy. The site gave me options for seating as far as left, right, or center sections, and the option for isle seats. I selected "center section, isle seats". When I received my tickets they were almost as far back in the corner balcany as posible. I did get isle seats. The tickets are Non-Cancelable / Non-refundable.

Needless to say I was thouroughly disapointed, not to mention the disappointment of the other three people who will be going with me. My main complaint is that they gave me seating options to select from that were not available at the time of my purchase. When I called Vacations Made Easy customer service to see what could be done about this and why this happened, I was told nothing could be done and the reservation department did not know which seats were available at the time the ticketing department took my order. Any other time I have ordered tickets, I knew exactly which seats I was getting at the time of my purchase. This website should show which seats are available at the time a purchase is made.

My husband and I booked tickets to a show online via www.vacationsmadeeasy.com. We were sent an email stating we would receive an additional email with printing directions. I assumed it was printing directions for printing our tickets. What I received was an email giving directions on how to get to their offices in order to pick up the tickets.

On the way to Branson, my husband and I had car trouble which necessitated being towed. The last thing I wanted to do when I arrived in Branson was get back into a car and drive any where. I called Vacations Made Easy, and first asked for a refund. They said they could not issue a refund. I then asked if they could send the tickets to the theater and they stated no they couldn't do that either. The lady at the hotel said it was a service that sells timeshares and that's why they insisted I go in person to pick up the tickets. I didn't go pick up the tickets because they insisted I would have to drive across town and pick them up so I told them to keep them. I paid $92.50 for those tickets. I called AllAccess and got the same tickets for $40. To add insult to injury, when I arrived at the theatre, there were an additional set of tickets there from Vacations Made Easy. This place is a huge rip off not to mention a classic bait and switch. Buyer beware!!!

BEAR OF THIS COMPANY....we booked a 6pm show for 12 for pirates voyage in Myrtle beach, and a day later were notified that the show was sold out, but they offered us seating for the 4pm show, which we took...order was confirmed and credit card was charged... the day of the show, we arrive at pirates voyage theater and after 15 minutes of trying to find our reservation, we are told no reservation exist..the 'vacations made easy' never booked our show, yet charged our credit card......

this company tried to say they tried to contact us earlier that morning, which is false because I have no received calls or voicemail or emails from them since booking 2 days prior. Ruined a whole day of family vacation for us, and never offered an apology or any compensation. Took another 3 calls of being putnon hold to confirm that our charges would be reversed on our card...totally unprofessional ethics, policies for a company, and a showing of complete disregard for customers

I just purchased concert tickets through "Vacations made Easy" I wish I would have read the reviews first. I over paid on the tickets and received nose bleed seat. Big rip off. I would have done better if i ordered directly through the venue. buyer beware.
