Air Conditioner has the top of it falling off and loose, filters are jam packed with crud and debris so are the fins to the heat exchanger. I had to take it all apart and wash all of it. Clean the filters, remove the bottom vents, found a screw sitting above the circuit board for the IR remote electronics making it not work right, all in all I had to fix all of this myself, it gets hot here, and I had to clean the long fan inside of it. All caked with crud and things and this took a long time!
Kitchen: Right side of countertop pulling away from wall and is loose. Counter top has deep gouges to the right of the cooktop. Fisher and Paykel cooktop burners, all 4, fail to light. Left power point near window is cracked. Right power point for fridge under countertop arced shorted and failed, Bin was able to repair it. He did it wrong using a plug board and leaving the powerpoint hanging from the wall from the wire. Fridge has no freezer door as it should. Microwave oven has rusted door Faraday shield. Burned debris all over the front and packed with old food and debris under the unit. Dead roaches sitting in there on their back. Food all over the place. Upper left portion of cabinet for the oven is pulling away from the wall, the screw in that corner is not screwed into the steel framing member, they missed.
The leaking faraday shield in the microwave has burned and scorched the food sitting under the oven as it sat in the cabinet on the wall. This could kill someone easily!
Entry door has binding jamb latch, what should be rivets on the inner plate covering the centering spring has been drilled and then tapped for small screws. Those screws are loose as are screws holding the inner latch to the door.
The neighbors in Unit A are slamming their door causing my door to bind, likely done to make the screws looser, and then the spring will slip out jamming the latch making egress hard or impossible. This looks like attempted murder.
Unit A has people slamming large heavy objects on to the floor all the time. Floors are poured concrete and should be impossible to deflect. Yet despite that the floor shakes ALL the time. Now I find that this is being done intentionally based on at least one other factor, that being sounds made outside the units and INSIDE the units. Some form of transducer is being used to shake the floors. Also while taking trash to the chute down the hall, same problem, woman comes out slamming her door and the floor shakes. She is also involved. These are instantiated frauds.

Another taller person stood back in the corner as the oriental person did his tough guy act and shoved his way into the unit. I was resting and not dressed and in bare feet. He hit me with the door in the chest and feet and shoved his way in and then started accusing me of something acting hostile violent and abusive. He claimed he sent me two notices none of which means a thing or that I read them as of yet. He is acting crazy and erratic, spouting off in some babbling foreign language and being erratic. Now he is violent and attacking me physically and he admits who he is. He won't know who he attacked.
I receive text messages from what looks to be a person named "Bin" who is supposed to fix things at the apartments with a want to see the fire door asking to come into my unit. I find out about this later, there is no reason for it. He is guilty of this problem and the unit was deplorable and I mean DEPLORABLE when I moved in.
I later find a vague and erroneous document with notice to enter placed in my mail box. Not mailed, put in there by this person Bin. He can't do that. That is a Federal crime now.
I closed the door and forced them out and now this makes 4 times that someone has just walked into my home for no reason. Again no reason to be there, nothing was discussed with me, etc. For all events, they only came to my door again, as with the bug people. No want to get into any other room on my floor. Something is wrong and the deposit for the unit is theft and these people broke into the unit.
So the idea was to pretend to be someone else, not account for who they are or what they are doing, they lied about all of the problems so far, took a deposit for no reason, did not fix anything and now want to come in for no reason to inspect a fire door that is outside my door. Then they became violent, I already had cause to deny the persons entry now I have more.
Later I get a document from him with a claim I did not allow someone in. He won't know that, the person just walked into my unit without asking, so he was not denied, and he and the other person have no witness of anything and they are at fault to begin with.
So the power point failing behind the fridge relates to the gas lines adjacent to it and the cooktop. Since it exploded on the day I moved in. The defective gas cooktop was done to force me to use the defective microwave oven to cook my meals assuming I was in a hurry and hungry etc.
This is attempted murder break ins are directed at me, and are done to make them look like bugs really, and done to have them seem like each other. Done as some kind of "Confusion" tactic.
And since the behaviours are only being done to my unit it is directed at me and is about the prior acts of actual murder done to me and others. They seem to have knowledge and know too much. They don't know me.
And since I had to intervene on all of it, and despite the prior acts of murder, that they can't know about, this is homicide anyway since it would have killed any other person who lacks my training, knowledge, skills, intellect, and abilities....
So the other companies are involved in the fraud to market those doing the wrong to me as being right, a false sense of security, and a want to appeal to their own authority that they have the right to retaliate as this. They don't.

I get another notice that Nigel Boddy of Eskimo Cooling plans to service the Aircon unit on Monday November 26, 2018 between 09:30am and 16:30pm again signed by Hongbing. They need to set only a 2 hour window beyond all else that is wrong. This is again unreasonable. Excuse is? They were busy doing other units. Not on my floor at all....
At 11:37am on Monday November 26, 2018 someone opens my door and just walks in. They made no effort at all to do anything for AirCon on Friday, no other rooms on this floor were approached, Friday or Monday, and the claim is he did not have time. He was not here at all. On Monday he only comes to my room, same pattern as all the others, and then when rejected this person does same thing as the others, and flees down the fire stairs. Does not bother working on room next door, no other rooms on this floor before or after were approached, just mine.
Assuming they worked all day there are 7 floors here, so they did not all decide to show up here and only do this room on this floor and no others, that would not make sense either.
They would logically approach other rooms before and after my room in all events.
And do so on this floor and all others.
For these people they have involved those in Unit A next to mine, who are doing things as smashing things onto the floor in odd ways since they also broke into their fire door to get to my unit and then broke into my unit as well. Then they left approaching no other units.
NONE of these people ever said who they were prior to walking into my apartment with no permission or need to do so. Nor did they indicate their purpose which overall was only expressed vaguely and improperly on the random pieces of paper that this Hongbing put in mail boxes, under doors, etc.
This is a fraud.
And the violence on the part of Hongbing ends it.

I wait all day on Friday and Nigel does not show up. Nor does he approach the room next door or any other room on this floor. There are at least 10 other units on this floor. NONE of them were approached by any of these people. That and it is too late, I've been in unit with the defective air con for 60 days. I fixed it all. I had to.
I get another notice that Nigel Boddy of Eskimo Cooling plans to service the Aircon unit on Monday November 26, 2018 between 09:30am and 16:30pm again signed by Hongbing. They need to set only a 2 hour window beyond all else that is wrong. This is again unreasonable. Excuse is? They were busy doing other units. Not on my floor at all....
At 11:37am on Monday November 26, 2018 someone opens my door and just walks in. They made no effort at all to do anything for AirCon on Friday, no other rooms on this floor were approached, Friday or Monday, and the claim is he did not have time. He was not here at all. On Monday he only comes to my room, same pattern as all the others, and then when rejected this person does same thing as the others, and flees down the fire stairs. Does not bother working on room next door, no other rooms on this floor before or after were approached, just mine.
Assuming they worked all day there are 7 floors here, so they did not all decide to show up here and only do this room on this floor and no others, that would not make sense either.
They would logically approach other rooms before and after my room in all events.
And do so on this floor and all others.
For these people they have involved those in Unit A next to mine, who are doing things as smashing things onto the floor in odd ways since they also broke into their fire door to get to my unit and then broke into my unit as well. Then they left approaching no other units.
NONE of these people ever said who they were prior to walking into my apartment with no permission or need to do so. Nor did they indicate their purpose which overall was only expressed vaguely and improperly on the random pieces of paper that this Hongbing put in mail boxes, under doors, etc.
This is a fraud.

Air Conditioner has the top of it falling off and loose, filters are jam packed with crud and debris so are the fins to the heat exchanger. I had to take it all apart and wash all of it. Clean the filters, remove the bottom vents, found a screw sitting above the circuit board for the IR remote electronics making it not work right, all in all I had to fix all of this myself, it gets hot here, and I had to clean the long fan inside of it. All caked with crud and things and this took a long time!
Kitchen: Right side of countertop pulling away from wall and is loose. Counter top has deep gouges to the right of the cooktop. Fisher and Paykel cooktop burners, all 4, fail to light. Left power point near window is cracked. Right power point for fridge under countertop arced shorted and failed, Bin was able to repair it. He did it wrong using a plug board and leaving the powerpoint hanging from the wall from the wire. Fridge has no freezer door as it should. Microwave oven has rusted door Faraday shield. Burned debris all over the front and packed with old food and debris under the unit. Dead roaches sitting in there on their back. Food all over the place. Upper left portion of cabinet for the oven is pulling away from the wall, the screw in that corner is not screwed into the steel framing member, they missed.
The leaking faraday shield in the microwave has burned and scorched the food sitting under the oven as it sat in the cabinet on the wall. This could kill someone easily!
Entry door has binding jamb latch, what should be rivets on the inner plate covering the centering spring has been drilled and then tapped for small screws. Those screws are loose as are screws holding the inner latch to the door.
The neighbors in Unit A are slamming their door causing my door to bind, likely done to make the screws looser, and then the spring will slip out jamming the latch making egress hard or impossible. This looks like attempted murder.
Unit A has people slamming large heavy objects on to the floor all the time. Floors are poured concrete and should be impossible to deflect. Yet despite that the floor shakes ALL the time. Now I find that this is being done intentionally based on at least one other factor, that being sounds made outside the units and INSIDE the units. Some form of transducer is being used to shake the floors. Also while taking trash to the chute down the hall, same problem, woman comes out slamming her door and the floor shakes. She is also involved. These are instantiated frauds.
Bedroom: Carpet is missing from the floor on left side of closet/robe. Wall cracked on the upper right side near circuit breakers from slamming closet door/mirror panels into the stop/wall. BLOOD SPLATTER STREAKS above the left side of the closet door being above 2.5 meter high!
Ensuite: Large chip on bottom of mirror to the left of the sink faucet in bathroom. Carpet is caked with soot, urine, feces, blood, sand and mud. Seems impossible but the wet vac was pulling up mud, I had to spend as much as 8 hours on a section the area of the bed alone.
Overall there was no way to cook in the unit, the burners did not work and the power point exploded near the gas lines to the cook top. This seems to be a way to force me to use the broken microwave so I get harmed.

October 31 2018 01:47PM Another person walks into my room with same claim. I tell him to leave. Before doing that, he knocked on the door to the A unit next to mine, and the girl in there knew and told him "Wrong unit, go next door", they planned this fraud and she is of course involved. Keep in mind doing the abusive bashing on the floor and slamming of her doors etc. Now she tells this bug person that he has wrong room. He knocks on her door, she talks to him, they whisper, and I hear them, then he uses a pass key and WALKS INTO MY UNIT! She assumed and told him I am not home. I was.
Overall why only knock on my door? Claim is they are doing the whole floor? How so?
They only came to my door. I can hear doors and knocking all the way down the hall here and sat here all day and they came up the fire stairs and left same way ONLY coming to my unit. No others. This makes no sense, this was directed at me and the later problems and break ins reprove that.
So on two differing days a person just walked into my home with no reason to do so. I asked them to leave. They mumbled something about pest control. On both days they only came to my door, and no others. No knocking on my door or any other door on the floor. Just the A unit next door on the second day's visit and attempt and I caught them talking.
On Monday November 19 2018 a person did same thing saying he needs to see the fire door, makes no sense. This is around 11:00am. Makes no effort to visit any other room on this floor only mine. His name I learn later is Roland Lofthouse.
He was mumbling in some strange language and babbling. Later on another person knocked on the door and was babbling oddly. Then sometime after 2pm an oriental person walked into the room and started to act strange, was shaking their hand at me and puffing out their chest and refused to leave. They had the fire door closed that is the foyer entrance for my unit and the other "A" unit that shares that fire door. Another taller person stood back in the corner as the oriental person did his tough guy act and shoved his way into the unit. He began swinging his fists at me as I closed the door on him pushing him out.
I was resting and not dressed and in bare feet. He hit me with the door in the chest and feet and shoved his way in and then started accusing me of something acting hostile violent and abusive. He claimed he sent me two notices none of which means a thing or that I read them as of yet. The person is some guy who was supposed to clean my unit and fix things in it which was not done, his name is Hongbing Zhou. He is acting crazy and erratic, spouting off in some babbling foreign language and being erratic. Now he is violent and attacking me physically and he admits who he is. He won't know who he attacked.
I receive text messages from what looks to be a person named "Bin" who is supposed to fix things at the apartments with a want to see the fire door asking to come into my unit. I find out about this later, there is no reason for it. He is guilty of this problem and the unit was deplorable and I mean DEPLORABLE when I moved in.
I later find a vague and erroneous document with notice to enter placed in my mail box. Not mailed, put in there by this person Bin. He can't do that. That is a Federal crime now.
I closed the door and forced them out and now this makes 4 times that someone has just walked into my home for no reason. Again no reason to be there, nothing was discussed with me, etc. For all events, they only came to my door again, as with the bug people. No want to get into any other room on my floor. Something is wrong and the deposit for the unit is theft and these people broke into the unit.
So the idea was to pretend to be someone else, not account for who they are or what they are doing, they lied about all of the problems so far, took a deposit for no reason, did not fix anything and now want to come in for no reason to inspect a fire door that is outside my door.
