I bought a puppy from Mrs Sarah Rose in Longview WA and she contacted uship delivery service to deliver the puppy to my home in Caldwell Idaho. The deal was made for $250 for the puppy. After that was made and okay the delivery service wanted $290 for pet insurance which I paid $100 and the seller paid $190. After that was paid and received the delivery service drive the pet to Boise Idaho and stated the want another $250 for crate fee for flying the pet. I said no as all of this was done after the original deal was made. I have emailed, texted and called everyone and anyone connected to this to cancel all this transaction and get my money back as I never received the puppy and they kept wanting more money. I contacted the seller and canceled the deal and also contacted the delivery service. Mrs Rose has gotten her money back and also the puppy. I, on the other hand have not received a refund of $350 and no response from the delivery service. Mrs Rose gave me a phone number to contact Fred to get my money back hopefully. My ref# 46267419 and I paid $350. I just want my money back.

The total cost including uShip fees was about $800. I psid uShip with my credit card and was give a payment code to provide shipper at delivery. My wife flew to Phoenix to meet driver and booked return flight for late tuesday night leaving one day of room for s potentisl late delivery. I was later told the Car souls not arrive until Thursday. My wife had to fly home as planned and then return to Phoenix late Wednesday night to meet driver Thursfay morning. This plane ticket was $800. I was in close communication with uShip all along the way and received little to no help.
Ultimately uShip cancelled the shipment. My car is now in Nevada. UShip has washed their hands of the situation and completely left me on my own with additional expense and no help in getting my car delivered. Now my car won’t be there until Friday. I’m personally flying there tonight and arrive at 1am because I do not want my wife to have to deal tbis company. The driver called me yesterday and insisted I pay cash COD and not credit card. I’m now being asked for $620 cash with no way to prove payment. This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had. UShip was comfortable collecting a big fee while things were going well. When their provider got difficult, they handed the problem to me and offered absolutely no relief or support.
UShip is a online broker for thousands of providers, to which they have little control. This posting is about one of those providers, not specifically UShip.

He arrived (late) to move a 1 bdrm apartment however had no room left in the trailer to fit it. The bid process is clear to what size is needed and I feel he simply thought he could "jamb another one in" for additional cash. Ironically, he claimed that he would "make it fit". After wasting 45 min watching him try without ANY progress, I sent him on his way. Probably glad I didn't use him as he was jamming at the stuff already in there in a frugle attempt to make room. Whoever owns that stuff will be disappointed if it ever arrives.
He claimed to be a professional but the pic shows how full it was BEFORE any of my shipment was added.
Deceptive business practices, poorly maintained equipment (safety issues), and really bad personel hygene is why I would look elsewhere.
I used UShip.com to ship a UTV "Golf Cart" the UTV got stolen from the shippers house I call UShip to get the shippers Insurance info and uship said that they had no info and that they dont require there shipper to verify that they have any insurance. There are no criminal back ground checks like Uber. So Rapiist, Murders child Molasters get a job at Uship.com This happend in Tampa Florida. Eric

Second, I damaged a small portion of a load which I brought to their attention myself. I was told that since the shipper didn't buy insurance I would have to sort this out myself. Understandable, I went ahead and got that finished within an hour. Boom.
I go back to the website to find out that my account has been suspended. After doing what I was told to do? I don't undertand these people at all. I pickup loads, I drop them off. If there is no insurance something breaks, boom. I take care of it.. Not sure whats so hard about that. But, then I just get shut down. I still have a load in the back of my trailer as I type this.
I paid $400 to Vincent Richardson to pay for a minature pomeranian named Brandon. He was supposed to take care of all shipping charges. On the day that he was to ship the puppy, I received an email from a shipping company stating that I owed them $980 for insurance on the puppy. Vincent told me that the puppy was on the airplane but the shipping company didnt contact me about delivery. I tried to contact Vincent and he will not respond to my tex messages and wont answer his phone. I still have the emails and texts from him and the airline agency so that I can report the both of them since they are working together.

Courier calls and says the puppy is in Alabama and mentions for the first time when "supposedly" the dog is 45 minutes from crossing the Florida border that I must pay $2,500 by Western Union for a lifetime insurance protection on the dog that will be refunded in cash form to me upon delivery of dog. Well, I contacted the Seller and let her know and she was supposedly surprise, worried about the pup and saying she could help me with that but to promise to return the money to her. Then contacted the seller who was rude and said I need to stop with the nonsense and just wait on the driver. Uship then send me several threatening text and finally said the driver was not meeting me and returning the puppy. I contacted money gram again and told them I was concerned because I did not want to get in any legal trouble they told me to stop communications and had several reports of this scam. I lost the 450 and was refunded the 270.
Richard Morgan ststed he had 2 teacup yorkshire terrier pupies for free due to wifes death all you had to do was pay for shipping. Got e-mail saying that they shipped to El Paso Texas. But held there due to needing additional paperwork, need to send more money to Atlanta to get the paperwork completed before the puppies would ship to my location. After I followed there instruction they said (El Paso) that one of the puppies was very sick and need more money to have the surgery done.

Was told the shipment was insured.. However, the insurance company claims they had no relationship with the transport company.
Uship agreed to pay a portion... White Hawks agreed to pay a portion and G&A Logistics agreed to pay the balance.
Uship reimbursed me the amount they agreed... White Hawks sent G&A Logistics their portion and G&A Logistics sent me a check for the combined amount (G&A Logistics and White Hawks)
Tried to cash the check but G&A Logistics put a stop payment on the check... They decided to go back on their promise and keep their portion of my payment... AND also decided to keep the amount that White Hawks sent them to forward on to me...
Horrible experience and hope others don't go through the same experience

I spoke with lady she said couldnt raise all 4 dogs at one time. I send 470 for both puppies to be shipped. Qhich in turn u ship contacted me for insurance money which I only gave 200 they wanted 1000. Then needed another 300 that I sent. Lady kept saying god bless you at end of every e mail. Even when I asked her to put up other money. U ship is still asking me for money stating they need new crate cause the puppies are in danger. Another 1000 that will come to me after they are delivered today. I'm a disabled person who just wanted a companion dog. NO MORE MONEY from me. THEY Should both be ashamed of themselves.
I was in search for a family pet and and came accross a dog on Pet Finder listed with the attachment Delaware Dogs. The posting said English bull dog needs new home. I contacted the owner Taylon Jarelle 1-410-989-9304 via text message only (which was my first mistake). The previous owner advised he would pay for the shipping of the dog at no cost to me. The good person that I am agreed to pay half the cost ($250.00) via money gram. I received an email saying the payment was made and the puppy was in possession of UShip travel Solutions. I then next received an email that the shipping create the owner dropped the dog off in was not worthy to fly. That I could rent a create for $250.00 to be refunded on time of delivery of the puppy. So I sent a second $250.00 dollars to (Tanue Asobe Dallas Texas Cell number 469-751-7871). I was previously advised that the dog would be shipped over night and on my door step by 9 am.
Tanue Asobe who claims that he has the dog in his possesion and landed on a private jet in Charlotte North Carolina International Airport. I was then contacted by Tanue Asobe via cell phone that an additional payment fp $1000.00 was required becasue the puppy was uninsured, and the Airport will not release the puppy by NC inspection team at Charlotte NC International Airport cargo side. After making several phone call and talk with both the commercial and private side. No such requirements for insurance is needed for the puppy to be transported. The Dog handle then provided me with and American Airline tail number (AA A321) and then a second tail number of (A321-200) which does not run to Charlote NC. He also advised that he was with Gobal which is a Delta Airline company carrier on American Airlines. While speaking with the employee at the Charolette Airport, they had the same situation come in just a few weeks prior. The owner was looking for two dogs also.
I get the impression that the two aparties involved are both employees of the airline service. While speaking with the dog handler I could here airport verbal in the back ground, but anable to identy which airport he was truly at.
I was looking for puppies and went to Craig's List and found an add for free registered Teacup Yorkies. When I inquired the man sent a text back and then wanted to only deal with me through email. The following is the emails he sent to me to try and make arrangements.
