Im in hurricane harvey i bought this car from usa auto brokers ok now its flooding im not working and i called to ask about a grace period they tokd me they not doing a grace period or no extensions so my question is well what happens when u cant make a payment and you not working duing to the flood they said they will repossess your car...which i dont understand

TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE WITH THIS LOT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I STARTED TO FINANCE A VEHICLE WITH THEM THE NEXT DAY I HAD THE CAR, IT STOPPED WORKING. THE LOT CAME TO PICK THE CAR UP ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT THEY RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO ME AND WITHIN THE NEXT DAY THE CAR STOPPED AGAIN, THEIR EXCUSE FOR RETURNING IT WITHOUT IT WORKING PROPERLY WAS BC I CALLED TO CHECK THE PROCESS OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE CAR, WHICH I FEEL ANYONE WHO PAID THEIR MONEY WOULD DO. SO THEN THEY HAD TO TAKE IT TO AN OUTSIDE SHOP AND I DECIDED IF THE CAR HAD THIS MANY PROBLEMS I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE TO FINANCE THIS VEHICLE. SO AFTER INFORMING THE MANAGER OF THIS I REQUESTED TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. THEY STATED THAT HEY WOULD KEEP MY DEPOSIT BC THEY HAD TO PAY FOR THE TOW TRUCK TO COME GET THE TRUCK FROM THE PLACED IT STOPPED AT. "$1400 FOR A TOW" YEAH RIGHT! AS A SINGLE MOTHER OF SIX I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO JUST GIVE A WAY THEY PRETENDED TO BE SO SYMPATHETIC AND UNDERSTANDING BUT TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CONSUMERS. HAVING A VEHICLE STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF ON COMING TRAFFIC WHILE IN THE CAR WITH MY SIX CHILDREN WAS A HORRIBLE FEELING.
