I would never recommend Xavier Nunez, absolutely the worst realtor ever. This man doesn't have any customer service skill or no interest to help you out beside take your money. The house was beautiful but the whole year we were there was a nightmare. When we moved here he did not come to show us the house, we had to get the keys from his little fancy office. We came from North Carolina straight to a headache with this man. Getting any issues fixed was like pulling teeth, the house smelled like smoke, then to top it off the after hours emergency line is pointless because you have to wait 3 hr or longer to get someone to help you (like our air conditioner). Arizona is hot and for those that know how hot it is if your air conditioner is out you are sitting in house at 100+ degrees.
He loses your paperwork just like he lost our discrepancy paperwork (the paper you fill out when you rent to see what is damaged in the house). He never replies to your calls even if you leave him messages. If you call him "the don't have his personal number" which I call bullshit. As we moved out, he said to meet him at a certain time and he didn't show and we saw his car leaving the property but can't even call us to let us know he was leaving and then you call the office and they say I'll give him the message... so are we going to waste our time waiting for them to call us back???? Well let me tell you they didn't call back, way to go guys keep doing what you are doing. I honestly don't know what the other realtors are like but Xavier was a direct reflection of this company and he ruined it for everyone here.
