I called us money reserves and after fibdkng out I had 18,000$ to spend Tom one of their long time employees assured me my metals would be ready for my grandchildrens future. Because shipping was late they threw in 3 silver pear harbor dollars worth 5$ each on the market. I got my order on a Friday morning and could gell by the weight of the box it was not 18,000$ in gold coins. I immediately wehg to my 2 local rare coin dealers and both in 2 different pa4ts of the city said the coins were worth 4,800$ on. Said 4,700$. Almost 14,000$ mark up. Monday morning I called to just say how do i get my refund. Didnt even mention being ripped off.
The young man proceeded to tell me how Great the salesman was and thag he had been on the heart donor list and was recovering with his new beart for the new year. Asked what does this have to do with my refund? He said it sas the rudest thing he's ever heard. After i warned him that what i was about to say would be the worst he's h ard he said a supervisor would call me back. They called back immediately and neve asked why i santed to retun thw coins nothing. Just wanted to be sure I returned the 15$ in silver. 18,000$ in gol. Suposedly so why would i care about 3 15$ one dollar 2016 coins? Remember it was right after Christmas and Had told them i was giving them to my grandchildren. Good thing I didn't. Now I wait to zee if I will receive a prompt refund. I figure they sucked it out my account in one Day.

On December 15th, I placed a telephone order for a small gold coin for a Christmas gift to my daughter.
The $157.89 I sent was to pay for the coin and for insurance.
I called a few times. On January 5, 2015, I was told they were looking into it and would soon get back to me by phone.
I did receive a lot of beautiful brochures, but still no coin.
I would like either the coin, or my money returned to me. I am in my 80s and tired of being ripped-off!
