On Dec. 16th I ordered a G700 Flashlight for $56, and then selected "2 Rechargeable Batteries, Wall Mount Charger and Car Charger Set" for $28. Next I checked "1 Pocket Mini-G700 Flashlight with Rechargable Battery Pack" as I thought it was the same thing I had just selected and wanted to make sure I got it.

When I got the receipt I found the last item was a different one and I had been charged a second $28. I had already given my credit card info and there was no final view of my purchases offered before the sale was processed like most reputable companies do. However, I saw the line on the receipt that said "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER- PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT 636-922-9310.

So I called and was placed on hold while recorded offers were made to leave my call-back number. I finally did but nobody ever called back. The messages also said what button to push for cancelling an order. I did- no result. There was an online chat feature so I clicked on it- it didn't work. Finally an email box appeared and I sent them an email explaining the whole thing and stating I wanted to cancel the third order as it was a mistake. I have not been called or gotten a return email.

This is a deceptive and unethical company and I will have to take steps with the proper government agencies to get help with this. They no doubt have a lucrative business but are going to ruin it by getting a bad rep. The website was full of further screens selling other stuff.

I ordered 1 Lumitact LED flashlight $56 Dec 26, 2015 and 1 Rechargeable Battery kit $26 Dec 28, 2015. NGOA states (On their website) they are 10 to 14 days behind shipping out orders. It has been 16 days since my orders were placed and have never received any correspondance regarding my orders. I have sent at least 10 emails to their address ALL being returned MAILER-DAEMON failure. [email protected] I have tried their chat window, it does not work, directing you to their email that gets returned to you. I have called their phone number 636-922-9310 and NEVER get anyone on the line. Called my credit card company and let them know what is transpiring and to dispute the charges. I used Google Maps to pinpoint their location. From the satellite view, it looks like their office is located in a U-Storage building, NOT ANY OFFICE BUILDING.

* Anyone wanting to purchase a Tactical LED Flashlight should look to Amazon.com, STAY AWAY FROM NGOA/UNIVERSITY OF GUNS!

It has been with a diligent effort to contact NGOA, and it apparent they do not exist, again another fool who has preyed on the trusting over the internet. I had order a G700, and after about a month began sending emails and attempting to contact NGOA but to no avail. I will continue to persue this as long as possible to get to the bottom of this. One of the phone numbers listed has a recorderd message that the google subscriber is not available and the other number puts you into a recorded loop of messages, sounds nice but NOT. Don't fall for it, rather go to a more trusted site. These people are nothing but scum of the earth.

On December 8th we placed an order for (one) G-700 Flashlight. The money was charged to our bank account, no email confirmation or receipt and no contact at the number listed. They have our money, paid in full an we have the bank statement toprove it. All we want is them tostnad by their advertisement and ship theproduct we orderd andpaid for. This is totally false advertising or their company is a scam and needs to be investigated. If we do not receive the product within the next week, the Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protecdtion Division, will be notified.

Same

Same deal for me, except supposed to get rechargeable batteries too. Purchased 12/23/15. Play really annoying music for long time, always more callers ahead of us, still unable to get in touch with anyone. I plan on calling every day until I get a response from someone.

This is BS.

I placed an order with this company on line on 12/06/2015. I have been trying to contact them ever since.

I've tried to contact them originally to change my order because it was difficult on the web page. I ended up calling my bank to stop payment on one of the items I had ordered twice in error.

Originally when I called the "mailbox" was full so I could not leave a message. I continued to try to reach someone in every way I could. I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. I pressed 1 to keep my place in line and no one ever called me back. I tried to chat with them, I sent emails and still no one contacted me.

Intrestingly enough as I was going back and forth to fill this report a chat came up. She told me the same thing the phone message did. They said no more than 15 business days. This is day 15.

The "chat" gal told me it could be another week but she had no way to track anything.

I have never had so much trouble contacting a company before. I thought it would be safe because of the .org.

On November 23rd 2015, I purchased a Tactical Flashlight and extre battery for 86 dollars. On 12-15-15 I emailed and asked where my flashlight was. They said it was backorderd and it would be another ten days. I called them in January and asked for a refund. They said it would take two to three days. It's May 8th and I don't have a flashlight or refund.

G700 /Lumitact Torch

I purchased a G700 (Goes under many names) I was first charged for some sort of warranty that I did not agree to and that was cancelled-Then I was hit for Customs fees and handling in the UK which because of the inflated price was £20 on top. The Torch is nothing special and certainly not like that shown in the advertising video-It never has been used by the military and when I searched I found that you could buy these in bulk from China for 16$ each-It is deception to say the least and although I got 50% of my initial cost back I don't want anyone else to fall victim to this scam- There is a huge mark up and I really kicked myself for not researching further-There are many complaints on BBB about this company-Beware!!i

I purchased the G700 flashlight because it was advertised as military strength and brighter than any flashlight I could purchase locally. I paid $60 for the flashlight which I thought was really high but if it was as good as advertised maybe it was worth it. I did not buy the rechargeable batteries for $35 or the car charger for $35. I put brand new AAA's in the flashlight and it worked once. It was not as bright as advertised and no different than a flashlight that I could buy at Menard's for $5. I put in a 2nd set of batteries and it still did not work nor was it any brighter. I was unable to use the flashlight so I sent it back.

It was advertised as being 75% off and still I paid $60.00. I would hate to pay full price for such a terrible product. I think it is a scam to advertise it as used by the military when I don't think it has and at 75% off when in fact it is not worth the $60.00 I paid for it.

  • Mar 24, 2016

Received an email ad for the "G700 LED Military Grade Tactical Flashlight" in early December. They were advertised as being 75% off, selling at a discounted price of $35 which means they allegedly are worth $140 each at full retail prices. I decided to order ten for relative's Christmas presents and the offer of free shipping. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until well beyond Christmas with no explanation from the company. Upon opening the box, I realized that the flashlights most definitely weren't worth $140 or even $35. I have purchased similar flashlights for half of what I paid for these. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the quality of the product which I believe was falsely advertised. I do not recommend purchasing the G700 Flashlight from the National Gun Owners Association or any other vendor.

SCAMMED

I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering. I have not received my order from Jan 8, charged to card, tried to cancel order to no avail, could not get ahold of anyone at this so called place of business. I agree that it is time to get the Government envolved.

  • Jan 25, 2016

Never sent the items that I paid for.

  • Jan 25, 2016

flashlight. I have tried there phone several times without getting an answer. I would like to get my money back or my

flashlight.

g700 flashlight

order placed on 15 dec.2015 tried to contact someone about the status of the order several times and would get a different person each time with a different story each time. When I told that I wanted the funds credited back into my account she gave me tracking number that turned out to be bogus after saying the item had not yet shipped. my advice is to steer away form these crooks

Dissatisfied

Oh my goodness. I suppose I was also scammed. No tactical flashlights for ( 2 for 48.50 ea.--$97.00). I think I received the 2 car mounts and rechargeable batteries for $48.00. I can't tell what they are. They are miniature and look like children's toys. No response from NGOA to my emails. The $48.00 "car mounts" we're unintentionally ordered, or placed by the company. I guess I learned the hard way to avoid online purchases from unreputable companies.

  • Jan 9, 2016

I ordered the G700 flashlight and also was promted on another item of outdoor solar lights. I placedd the order in mid November and was billed 1st week of december. I still have yet to receive an emailconfirming shipping. I sent numerous emails and havent heard anything and even tried to call several times only to be hung up on after holding for 45 mins. It also gives the option to dial one for a callback which i have never recieved. Do not purchase anything from this company as it appears to be a scam.

  • Dec 31, 2015

Purchased 6 items from NGOA over 6 weeks ago including G700 flashlights, targets, batteries, etc. They never answer their phone. When I finally contacted them they can't find your order. They couldn't even find my e-mail address. I cancelled all orders on my credit cards. Save yourself time and aggravation. My crap meter went off from the beginning. Don't deal with NGOA or whatever they call themselves. They told me they were affiliated with NRA. I called NRA and they've never heard of them. Enough said?

  • Dec 28, 2015

Same story as told above

Frustrated. Calling credit card company to make sure that they are not paid.

  • Dec 21, 2015

Purchased two flashlights and two charges from what I thought was a company called NGOA inc.(National Gun Owners Association) But they have several names one being ILMG, inc and university MO. They have several phone numbers and a web page you supposed are on a chat with them but no one is there and no one calls or emails you back. It is very frustrating and want to warn potential comsumers of the shady dealings this company does. I learned my lesson the hard way.

  • Dec 21, 2015

Received email from gun owners email informing of special offer for G700 flashlights. Ordered three for Xmas presents on November 25, 2015. Received email from NGOA - 636-922-9310 acknowleding my order and the charge to my credit card. Did not receive the email that I was supposed to receive providing tracking number for shipment. Called phone number and received pre-recorded message that they were running 10 - 14 days behind in delivering product. Called a week later a was placed on hold for some time and then was told to leave message for callbac. No callback ever received. Called several days later and was placed on hold again but then was offered the option of leaving a number and I would be called by a representative when my turn came up in the que. Never received a callback on the two times that I called. Sent emails to [email protected] to check status. Only received response acknowledging email request but no order status information.

On December 18, 2015, did some internet research on ILMG Inc. and located a physical address. Contacted Saint Charles City to check to see if company had a business license only to be informed that they had no record of a bisiness license for this company. Clerk indicated physical address was in unincorporated area of St Lous County and that last know business at that address was a matteras companny. Contacted St Louis County Better Business Bureau only to find out that that had received numerous complaints about company charging customers credit card without subsequent product delivery. Bureau had issued "F Rating" for ILMG Inc. Have since initiated Dispute action with my credit card company

Beware of any offerings of "free targets" or other product offered by NGOA or ILMG because they may onlybe a scheme to take cutomers money and never deliver promised product.
