We bought from Fred Slagle, Owner/managing director of Universal Dreams NV which was in St. Maarten, and now no longer seems to exist. The website for Universal Dreams is no longer valid as are the email addresses that we had other than for the Member Services Group which still wants to collect $299.US a year from us.
We've never been able to use the travel for accomodations or cruises and now that we are in a position to possibly use the service, they no longer seem to exist.
Member Services Group don't seem to have a website, but have a blog that directs you to You Tube videos.
Our contact for the annual fees at Member Services Group is Katie 800-606-6750 ext 101. That number still works, at least we got an answering machine, but since we were calling on a weekend there was nobody there.
