Amount Paid To Uniden $89.95. Uniden committed to provide repair. Uniden sent back the unit allegedly repaired, Unit failed within 5 minutes of operation. I immediately took the batteries out and emailed my contact in customer service, they advised me to send it back.
I should expect an emailed FedEx label and use that, no instructions on how to package etc, I sent the unit back but not in the box Uniden sent it back to me in as I had forgotten to take that box with me, having little funds
I opted for a padded envelope I can't say for sure but I believe it was already wrapped in bubble wrap they had returned it to me in . Sometime went by before I had this update "The case number is 4796. Estimated return ship date as of right now is 7/19/22"
and than just the other day I received this from Kristie at Uniden Support.
"I received an email from the repair department to let me know the 90 day repair warranty will be voided. There is physical damage to the SMA antenna connector. The repair fee is going to be $69.95. I have attached photos of the damage they found".

Received a Uniden Cordless Phone, Model D1660, (DTEC 6.0) as a gift
Phone took 16 hours to charge the battery and now it does not hold a charge at all and has static.
In addition this phone also disconnects in the middle of a conversation.
I contacted Uniden but Uniden has ignored my request for a refund.
