This company made unauthorized charges to my account after i paid shipping and handling for a sample only. They eventually tried to authorize 2 unauthorized additional payments of 94 dollars. They send items from a company called white peony miami florida. I sent the second unauthorized shipment back
Unauthorized Charges
First I called them they put the money back on my card. Then came back on the 20th of April 2020 and charge my card with $89.95 again. Do not use your card unless you check out Company. Cancel your card get a new because they going to keep on changing you.
They have put charges on my credit card that I did not authorize after I had ordered a sample and paid the shipping charges with my credit card. Now they have charged my credit card for $89.95 and $87.95. I am unable to get these charges taken off of my credit card as the phone numbers I called will just put you on hold and never answer. I can not find a mailing address to write them a letter or e-mail to get these charges dropped and to keep them from charging my account again.

I have the same complaint as the above. I also didn't recognize the name on my credit card charge and now know through this web site. I am contacting my credit company and this company now.

I paid for the samples and I've still haven't received it. Either I want my sample or my money back.
