I was contacted by phone and bought a 2 day cruise and they threw in a rental car and 5 nights hotel stay.On top of that we were supposed to get 2 one week stays at a different hotel to be used in the future. All for only 999.00.They told me I was responsible for port fees. There was no mention of a time share presentation We were supposed to have 3 days in Orlando then drive to Ft Lauderdale then to Palm Springs to board the cruise.also we had the option of 2 days in Ft Lauderdale 1st then the cruise and the 3 days in Orlando. When I called to book it they said they would get back to me in a couple of days.3 months went by finally I called them To book it and no one would answer the phone.

It took several weeks of trying and finally I got through. But they had no rooms in Ft. Lauderdale so I had to take all of them in Orlando, unless I bought a 500 dollar upgrade. They also said at the beginning they would help with our airline tickets. Not true.I didn't buy the upgrade so I had 3 in Orlando then the cruise then back to Orlando. The cruise was 180.00 for 2 days and we each bought 1 drink and my husband bought a pair if flip- flops at the gift shop. They fleeced us coming and going. When we got back to Orlando we went to an amusement park and about midnight we went to our hotel.I had confirmed both of my reservations becouse I didn't want anything to go wrong.

When we went in the hotel they said we had to set through a timeshare presentation and give them our credit card so they could put a 40 .00 charge or we wouldn't be given our room.We were tired ,my husband is disabled and we have a 7 year old and we are old people 65 and 57 and they were using extortion to get us to look at a timeshare presentation.I told them we couldn't do it tomorrow we had expensive theme park tickets. They called the police on us for trying or get a room we had paid for.I told them ,we don't have a lot of money,we are living on disability and the theme park tickets were over 3 hundred dollars and we were leaving at 5:30 the following morning and there was no way.

Nobody ever mentioned a timeshare before. We were bewildered and cast out into the night by the police. While on the boat I talked to people who had a free cruise all they had to do was sit through a presentation.I thought we paid for ours ,I'm glad we didn't. All throughout this vacation I could not reach anyone to help us.Our vacation had been ruined. After we got home I tried without success to get someone to help me,I also had to pay $80 for the rental car about $70 at the first hotel in fees and it was the biggest scam I've ever seen. They charged me almost $900 port fees and I researched it and they are $19 a person. I haven't gotten my credit card statement yet but there may be more charges. My little $1000 vacation ended up costing $4000 and counting.Im contesting my credit cards and currently no one will answer the phone at ultimate getaways. This should be illegal! One last remark at the hotel they kicked us out of there was another lady they did the same thing to.This is how they operate all the time.she went ahead and sat through the presentation ,she didn't have theme park tickets .extortion worked on her.

Fake reviews

I would be very aware these negative reviews has to be fake. My husband works for website programming and is always getting calles from unknown people to create review websites for company. I dont believe this company is shady of is ripping people off however I do believe theres a lot of broke people trying to get the most out of alot of these promotion companies. Ive bought a few vacation over the phone from many companies they never reused my card. I have been scamed however my Bank of America well a company pretended to be them so does that mean they are really in fault? Yall really need to wake up. This world is about finding ways to make money.

Complete Scam Company

Have been getting calls from this company for months now. You can tell it is a boiler room filled with unskilled workers. The people I have spoken to are not very professional or literate it seems. I would not do business with this company AT ALL! Never would I give them a credit card over the phone. These people would be prone to steal your credit info and use it themselves.

Illegal Scammers

Got a call in September 2019 from this company and listened to the entire thing and thought it might be a good deal. I gave them my credit card.....BIG MISTAKE!!! They repeatedly said that the deal wouldn’t be completed until I finished with their ‘legal team’. They said this multiple times and I figured that if it was a legal group, and I was not done until going through them, I could decide yes or no following that interaction. Well, it’s not a legal team, it’s just the delay so they can run your card. Then when I declined the offer and refused to sign their DocuSign e-docs, in writing via email and via phone with two of their managers, they charged my card anyway. I opened a dispute with my card company 4 times. The first time, they (URG) sent a bunch of ludicrous documentation and my Discover card didn’t even look at it, just decided in their favor. The second dispute led to Ultimate Rental Getaways actually FORGING MY SIGNATURE on the e-docs and then submitting the forged contract to Discover. It’s pretty easy to forge a signature on DocuSign e-docs and DocuSign could care less even though they can see the envelope’s activity (retraction from my email, redirection to a new email, and signature) as well as the Certificate of Completion which shows WHERE the document was signed, specifically, the IP physical location which was Florida not Minnesota, which is where I live. The founder of the company called me multiple times and either is a great liar or has a problem (like a multiple personality) and claimed that he was going to press charges against the forger, but his name is all over the responses to all the organizations that I filed complaints with: Florida and Minnesota attorney’s generals offices, Better Business, Bureau, the FTC. They are a horrible company!!!! BUT, they know all the systems and how to beat them or get around them without repercussions. HUGE learning lesson for me. Discover card never honored the proof I had of the forgery and only gave me my money back after I filed a complaint with the CFPB- the government branch that regulates the banking industry rules.
