Warning Scam!

WARNING!!!

Do NOT visit UltimateMotorsports Dealership at all!!!

This is a very dishonest dealership! They cheated me! You will totally lose your money if you buy from this dealership because they will sell you cars with big problems such as accidental/damaged cars, or it comes with big problems such as engine light or transmission light being on, or hurricane damaged cars!! I bought a Jaguar Ftype from this dealership 5 days ago and I totally lost my money, I am very upset because salesman Quinton Kirk and owner of this dealership tricked me! They lied to me, they told me the car has not get involved in any accident and does not have damage but I just found that this car has had accident and they did not report it to Carfax. I paid $52,000 for Jaguar Ftype. I trust them and bought it and then I took to Jaguar Dealership but Jaguar Dealership told me “if you can return, do not wait because this car had accident and also the underneath of the car is damaged from the hurricane in Houston”. Body of car had a little damage and Quinton Kirk told me they are going to have it fixed but after I paid money they do not even answer my calls now! I called more than 50 times, neither owner nor Quinton is answering the phone, but before Quinton was calling me 3 times a day. They were supposed to deliver the car to me for free but the delivery guy charged me $200 upon delivery! I told the owner that I am not gonna pay anything for delivery since we agreed the delivery is free, she told me “this is your problem I don't care” and hang up the phone! They also have not changed the oil of the car for a very long time. Jaguar Dealership told me the oil is expired. The oil was black color. I have my paperwork from Jaguar dealership and I had to pay $320 to dealership to replace oil. Also Quinton was supposed to send me my second remote control but now he does not answer the phones! PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! WHEN YOU LOOK AT THEIR CARS THEY LOOK FINE BUT WHEN YOU TAKE TO THE MECHANIC OR BODYSHOP, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE! IT TURNS OUT TO BE A TRASH! NOT A CAR! Then, I sent them an e-mail that I am going to write feedback after that they told me “ok just don't put any feedback we are going to refund your 200$ money back” but instead of refunding my delivery fee they sent me some paperwork. They said they will refund my delivery fee if I sign those papers. If I signed those papers, then I would not be able to give any feedback or go to court to complain. Of course, I did not sign! This is ridiculous! They want me to sign paper works that would result in me losing my right to go to court or write review!! Also they do not have BBB certificate anymore! (They used to have but apparently it is taken from them due to complains). If you want to buy a car with peace of mind, go buy from Vroom or Texasdirectauto.

Scam and fraud. I placed an offer for a 2007 GMC on eBay. It was promptly declined and followed up with a phone call from Jehanzeb “Joe” Yameen. Joe indicated that the car was sold (which it wasn't) and then directed me to a 2004 Suburban Z71 that they had in stock. He did not want to do the transaction through eBay/Paypal so they could save commission expenses. This is the modus operandi, the scam.

At the time I relied on their positive eBay reviews, which I now see are incomplete and a false representation of their business. (see additional reviews and complaints on BBB, YP, YELP and an enormous amount of negative reviews that are not recommended on Yelp). Jehanzeb “Joe” Yameen, Umer "Omar" Haseeb, Sharjeel, Cheryl Haseeb, Faisal Ashraf, Mike Hasazada, Farhan “Frank” Sultan, Sami Hasan, Haq Samira etc operate under several business names including Affordable Sports & Imports, Amazing Cars LLC, Ultimate Automobiles, Ultimate Automobiles of Houston, PSL Autos, Car Champs, Shaz Auto Enterprise and several more.

Have fun reading through all of those negative reviews. They also operate out of two addresses, 10311 Altonbury Ln and 12227 Murphy Rd.

I purchased the suburban and it was supposed to be delivered in 5-8 days. It took them THREE weeks to deliver it and so I had it delivered directly to a local car mechanic. The mechanic called me immediately and told me all the monitors/codes/check engine lights had been intentionally cleared and it is highly likely there is something wrong with the vehicle. As well, the spare tire and jack kit are not here. You can see where this is going. This is the fraud.

Making a long story a little bit shorter - +$5000 later and I still have not even begun to do work on the failing transmission.

Good luck if you already purchased a vehicle from one of their companies, or if you intend to. Note that Texas has no lemon laws to protect consumers from faulty used cars and if you purchase outside of eBay you will forego any eBay consumer protections.

These people made and attempt to take my money ($5000) for down payment on a car that wasn't the one I viewed online. After speaking w a woman with zero knowledge, I was bombarded with threats of lawsuits and such. Bottom line this place is a total rip off. Ultimately the only thing they've managed to do is employ a slew of people straight from the penitentiary. Luckily my cc company was notified in advance before the transaction could take place as I hear this company is known for holding on to deposit money whether you choose to buy or not (non refundable) Beware of these crooks and the operation of this hell hole.
