This company, U.S. Plumbing, VA, installed a washer/dyer unit for me through Home Depot. They tried to charge me an enormous amount. They lied and said there were some unforeseen issues, which is NOT true.
All they had to do was screw in two hoses and vent it, the hole in the wall was alresdy there. They did sloppy work and damaged my floor. They will not respond to my phone calls, will not show responsibilty for the damaged floor.
