They were ok until I needed costumer service, by the way only way to communicate with them is through chat online only! No # to call "real pain". Bought two phones when I first switch to them, not even a year old, they switch networks and said my phones were no longer compatible had to buy two more or I will no longer have service bought two more one did not work, they charge me $30 to exchange the phone $7 for shipping $11 to return the phone that did not work and they charge me the price of the new phone till they can inspect the other phone for damage.

Then I found an extra charge on my bank statement for $44 they said they have no record of it so there is nothing they can do about it. I told them I will file a fraudulent charge with my bank they said if I do they will turn service off till they can investigate and they will charge me $30 for it. Read there policies before you switch to there service (unreal!) I had enough went to switch my service to another carrier, try to port my #'s should have taken a few min. To do, but not with them it took 4 days/hours every day going back and forth with them, they gave me a different excuses every time, File a complaint with FCC they finally ported my numbers.

What a nightmare of a company to deal with.

Do NOT use this phone service under ANY circumstances, it seems low but they make their money due to usurious behavior. I lost my phone and they asked if I wanted to cancel, but I said wait. I eventually got another phone with another service and later saw on my cc bill that I had been charged. I immediately signed on their chat line which was closed so I sent them an email. I NEVER got an email saying that they could not cancel over by email only chat. I probably did not check my bills carefully and notice another charge, however I recently checked my bill and saw they were still billing me.

When I asked them to charge back or refund the charges they said no, because I didn't stop the billing, I said I wrote them a month ago asking them to stop and they said that they had told me in Aug. that I had to do it by chat. I told them they had not, and if they had then I messaged them and why didn't they stop it. I realized the futility of arguing me about the refund and if I did NOT tell them originally to stop since it wasn't a high charge I said we can compromise, give me a credit for the unused amount that would not expire and we will just leave at that, in case I couldn't use the company I was with now.

Not only would they not help me in that way, they actually THREATENED me by saying what I claimed was not true (and I DID write to them) and that by making false statements (I told them I would report them to the FCC and BBB and CA PUC) that I could damage my credit rating (have NEVER heard a company I disputed anything with THREATEN me like that.) There was another company that used to offer limited free cell phone minutes (and not an Obama phone) but had so many problems with people get charged for things they didn't ask for and I guess that's how they made their money and this operates the same way.

Initially the charges seem low, but they are not, they start billing when the phone starts to RING, I made a lot of calls on wifi and didn't mind holding but when my minutes ran out I found out that ALTHOUGH these calls were on made on wifi they counted towards my cell phone minutes. The customer service is crap because they only have chat, once when I had a lot to say I was cut off and scolded on chat, you can't say a lot you only can write short sentences. Another time I was trying to extend my services and the call was abruptly cut off and it turned it was their closing time so it didn't matter if you were in the middle of a call, if it was closing time, you'd be cut off and have to call and explain everything again.

Again, do NOT sign up with this company, YOU WILL REGRET It. There are other negative reviews especially there "30 day satisfaction" guarantee on here and other one star reveiws on Site Jabber.

Received phone MAY 27, 2020. sound was Very bad and phone was Too heavy. Saw 25 NEGATIVE REVIEWS on BETTER BUSINESS WEBSITE and decided to cancel. Chat JUNE 2, 2020 with rude company representative & with GREAT DIFFICULTY got the necessary RA # so I could mail back. Mailed back June 3, 2020 got email saying they got it back got email asking for reviews yet no refund. Here is what they wrote to me after I cancelled online on June 3, 2020:

"Please write the return authorization number (RA# xxxx-xxxx) on the outside of the package you send. Once received, returns are typically processed within 5 business days. Once received, returns are typically processed within 3 business days. If components are damaged or missing upon Twigby's receipt of the phone, the following refund reductions will apply: 1.Battery: $20 -2.Charger: $15 3.USB Cable: $10- 4.Battery Door (if removable): $15- 5.SIM Card: $5-6.Packaging (box): $5 Today is June15, 2020 And only asking for reviews on their horrible service no refund. Are they waiting to see if I put a bad review before they refund? .

Product was delivered to them as I have put tracking on the package. Still no refund as of June 15, yet they keep sending emails asking for REVIEWS. are they holding my refund until I write the review? If I write a bad review will they $ charge me for things that I am not responsible for? There are 25 NEGATIVE BETTER BUSINESS REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
