In September 2018 i signed up with TSC Insurance Company. I explained i have a open claim with my previous insurance company for vandalism to my car.That my previous insurance company excepted the claim and they are going to fix my car.TSC Insurance said that is NOT a problem and i was approved.After signing up,paying and being approved i recieved a letter in the mail saying if i dont show proof of 6 months insurance before them that they were going to lapse me on Oct 12, 2018.So i called my previous insurance company and got TSC proof.Fixed that problem,then i received another letter saying due to exclusive claims that they are lapsing me, but i dont have exclusive claims it was for ONE claim.After showing proof of that,TSC said ok we fixed the problem and we only see one claim but now we need POA Letter(Proof Of Accident) So No Problem i provided one and sent it to them.On Nov 12, 2018 i went to pay my premium online and it wasnt letting me so i tried through the phone and still wasnt letting me.
So, i spoke to a TSC Insurance agent and told her i was trying to pay my monthly premium and i couldnt so she asked for the policy number and put me on hold.She came back on the phone and said you cant pay it because you are being lapsed as of today due to a open claim and they are not going to reinstate the policy.I explained to her that TSC knew i have a open claim before even signing up and getting approved. She said sorry, i told her this is not right you guys took over $500 from me and now your lapsing me with NO WARNING OR NOTHING.On top of all this DMV dont even see them in the system as my insurance company for two months.Now it looks like i have a three month lapse.The BBB Of NY CANT help get my money back.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU BUMP INTO THIS INSURANCE COMPANY RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM.Do Not Sign Up!! They will take your money and drop you whenever they want.The way they act i doubt it if they would even cover a car accident.SCAMMERS, not professional at all and there agent are very rude and nasty. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! Please read all reviews TSC INSURANCE Is all over the internet with really bad reviews, bbb,yelp.They destroy people instead of helping and i pray to god they get shut down.
