I signed up for a "trial" of Try Replensh and Try Eye Rejuve at a cost of $4.95 each. I received them and my credit card what charged June 26, 2017. Today, while checking my statement, I find that there are two more charges of $89.95 each from two totally different business names than the two that I was told to expect on my statement. I have sent an email to the address listed and I've contacted my credit card to have the charges removed. I just very upset that this company (which was advertized as being owned by Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper) has now tried to scam / fraud me, aside from the fact that Joanna Gaines isn't even involved!

As others have reported, I ordered the free samples, paying shipping charges of $4.95. Weeks later two charges appeared on my credit card for subscriptions which I did not order. A previous report provided a phone number to call to cancel the subscription, but it is no longer in service.

I have called my credit card company and they are disputing the charges, but. I do not know how to contact the scammers to make sure the subscriptions are cancelled.

Ripped off and can't contact

I ordered the free trial and was send two products for the 4.95 shipping. That's fine. Now I just mysteriously recieved another face cream from TryReplenish that I didn't order and don't want. Now I'm seeing that I was ripped off. However, the website is now linked to another company and their phone number. The is no e-mail address. Help!

TRY REPEANISH is a cream for wrinkles. Doesn't work. Have used it for at least 3 to 4 weeks they never disclosed any addictial products to be sent I am sorry I was so taken in by this product

As with other people posting, I saw no information that this was a subscription to some other product besides the face cream. I was charged $89.95 twice. After calling the company, they said they would refund the money when I send the products back. So far I haven't even received the product in the mail yet in order to return it. I did cancel the subscription, though.

I was lured in by the cream being a "discovery by the Duck Dynasty wives." Shouldn've known better.

On June 9, 2017 I ordered this product because it was advertised it was sold by Joanna Gaines and you could pay only $4.95 for a risk trial. At NO time was there anything in the form that I was subscribing to the cream! After I signed up, I for some reason decided to do more research. I found out that this was a SCAM! I immediately emailed them on June 9, 2017 and told them I didn't want any of this and I best NOT have any money deducted from my account or else I would be getting a lawyer and report them to the BBB. On June 10, 2017 I received an email back with a confirmation saying my order had been cancelled and I would no longer be charged any thing else! Smh .... I had $4.95 deducted from my account but had not received my "trial" product. I finally received it some time last week ... On June 18, 2017 I saw $89.95 being held in my account. I questioned my bank but at the time, June 19, they were unable to see what it exactly was because still pending. It came through today, June 21, and I immediately contacted the company and forwarded the prior email with confirmation of cancellation and told them I BEST have $89.95 refunded back in my account ASAP or I would be getting a lawyer and reporting them to BBB. I get an email back stating, They want to be sure I am happy therefore they are making an "exception" this time and will be refunding me! They mislead people, lie and steal from people's bank account! They messed with the wrong person ..... I'm still waiting for my money to be put back in my account ... could be 5 - 7 days but I already filed complaint with them through my bank! Plus they have my email stating it was canceled. How dare these people use Joanna Gaines name to get people to but this product. I pray your company gets shut down for your scam!
