Upon discovering on Rip-Off , complaints being filed against Cuna Mutual Group. I immediately contacted them, by U.S. postage mail only ; And asked for a immediated "Full -Refund" of my ( 5 ) Payments, I had made on a $ 10,000 Dollar Term Life Insurance policy.
I recieved only ( 1 ) Payment back from them. They have refused to give me the rest of my funds & I sent them a Copy of the "Rip-Off" Complaints , made by other Consumers , in reference to Cuna Mutual Group's failure to honor their agreements.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Cuna Mutual Group, refused to reply to their ( 2 ) inquries .
I intent to file a complaint to the Florida Attorney General ( Consumer Affairs Department ) on this serious matter.
All I want is a full-refund, of the past ( 4 ) Payments....!
