TruBrain sells you on a "trial" and charge you 10.00 or so for a set of 10 drinks. Well they count that moment you agreed to pay the 10 bucks and then from that moment on including shipping time (which was longer than 10 days) to cancel this all of a sudden trial that went into a "Subscription". 65.00 subscription for an inferior product. When I say it doesn't work for what they claim, I mean it! Make a strong cup of coffee and get better results.
True Brain heavily advertises on Facebook a $19 trial of their super brain drinks designed by neurologists.
They are super fast to respond once you order your trial-- you get lots of follow up emails about the products, customer support and even a email from the ownership group thanking you for the trial.
After 3 weeks, i sent them a nice letter telling them what i liked and disliked about the products and considered my accont closed. To my surprise, my cc was charged $50 and i was placed on an automatic renewal program. I never did read any disclosure about my trial turning into a full subscription at $50 per month.
Here is where it all changes-- when you try to cancel your subscription-- the emails are now automated and say they are "busy" helping others and then finally ask why you are cancelling and ask for verification on everything from phone number to email
to date, i have been waiting for vertification of my "subscription" cancellation and have had no reply for 6 days.
was interested in trying this product to enhance my everyday performance but i found that it made me very nauseous and overall didnt deliver what was expected. To my surprise, i found that trubrain charged me 65$ for another round which i never agreed to. I chose an option to try once and not a subscription, so i am very bothered by this especially because the product was a disappointment. Sent an email and many phone calls for a refund but no answer. I understand it is a small company and things may work slower for a situation like this but should not take more than a week for a response.
OVERALL. The product was a disappointment. Taste is hard to get use to. Customer service basically sucks. Take your buisness elsewhere. Total scam if you ask me.
