Tru Belleza age defying wrinkle serum and rapid wrinkle control advertise a free sample of their product for just postage and handling. I ordered this on May 2nd, 2016 but did not receive the product for about 2 weeks the samples are minute (1/2 of 1 ounce). On May 16 and again on May 18, this company put through charges of $112.94 and $101.64 US on my visa totally unauthorized by me.. when I called them to inquire, they said I agreed to the charges by accepting the samples and not notifying them within 14 days. I didn't have the product in 14 days! They are bordering on fraud! They refuse to give me my money back, just said they would close my account and not charge me anymore....For what????? I only received their small sample and it is crap! Warn everyone to never take advantage of their FREE trial! They are crooks.

This company uses multiple website names and advertises on Facebook or other large ad platforms.

They offer a sample for a low or free price, which requires your credit card number and home address. They then will charge you a monthly "fee" if you cancel or not.

These people are 100% criminal fraudsters. They should be investigated and thrown in jail.

I recently ordered a SAMPLE of the skin products Tru Belleza was offering,,,I paid the shipping charges as required

Before I received the FREE samples I was billed 141 US dollars for a regular order,,which as of this date June 10/2016 I have not received

I contacted tru belleza and requested a refund of the 141 US dollars,,the company rep told me it was to late to get the refund,,,,,SO I am ripped off for the 141 dollars and no product to boot

I am seriously so chocked up,,never again will I order somrthing like this off the internet

On Saturday, May 21,2016 while I was on facebook, an ad appeared. It mentioned a new product that can vanish wrinkles from your face. It supposededly has been through trials to prove it's effectiveness. In fact, what grabbed my attention, was the fact that Lisa Laflamme (a well known news broadcaster here in Canada) provided her endorsment of the product. So, i thought that this has to be a legitamite product if she has used it and it made a significant imiprovement in her facial flaws.

I never thought for a moment that this could be a scam!!!! I proceeded to order on-line. I used my Visa Debit Card. The total for the product was supposed to cost $3.95 and I would receive it in the mail within 7 - 10 days. This was supposed to be a promotion offer. As soon as I finished on the internet, I received a phone call from a male, confirming my information. He asked me for the 3 number code on the back of my debit card and I refused to give it to him - he then hung up on me.

I checked my bank balance soon after and saw that $5.33 had been withdrawn and also $1.33 had been withrawn.

Today I updated my bank book at my branch and saw that this same company had withrawn $151.76 on June 04, 2016.

I spoke with a bank teller and she told me that they can't do anything about it because too much time has passed. There was probably a terms and conditions clause stating that you have only so many days to cancel your account. I was not even aware that I had an account with this company. After arriving home I called # 1 - 905 - 581-5576 and spoke to a rep. by the name of Hollie (employee # 3324) Her accent was so heavy that it was difficult to understand her. However, I believe that she told me that my account is cancelled because I understood "cancelled". The teller at my bank informed that I needed to call them or else they would continue withdrawing this later amount from my account.

I would like to see that this company is stopped from deceiving the public and taking our money. Please, Please, help me as well as all the others who have been scammed like this. By the way, I have only received (to date) a small tube (0.6 0z.) of instalift Rapid Wrinkle Control which arrived appoximately one week after May 21, 2016

Trubella is the worst online scam company ever

I had the same issues as the other reviewers, thought I was buying a "trial" offer, and ended up being charged $300 for garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The funny thing was that as I was ordering, I was searching carefully for a "catch" and I could not find any fine print anywhere. While I was on their site, I also googled the name "trubelleza and scam" and found no negative blogs or reviews. I can now find hoards of them! I think somehow they redirected me while I was on their site. I am not going to throw this money away with out a fight. I have returned the product to the place it came from. (from what I have read it is useless product anyway). Contacted the domain name registar who registers the website to see if they can do anything to shut them down. Reported them to the better business bureau. I have asked my credit card company to reverse the charges and investigate. I will be contacting ICANN (internet registration authority), and will be making a police report. I will also be making damn sure I write about this everywhere and anywhere so that the message gets out loud and clear.

On Saturday January 24 2016 my husband placed an order for what he thought was a Free Trial. Later in the afternoon of the same day I was checking statements and saw 2 pending transactions for said Free Trial. I then read the terms and conditions because I knew my husband had not and immediately sent an e-mail to support at Tru Belleza telling them to cancel that order.

They responded and said that the order was already processed and being sent out that day.(Lying Thieves) Then they told me that $99.95 for each bottle would be charged to my credit card for each of the trial bottles but that they would cancel any further shipments.

Today is Tuesday Jan 26 2016 and I just recieved an e-mail telling me my order has been packaged and shipped . So if the order was was packaged and shipped Sat how could the same order be packaged and shipped today. I have kept all e-mails between them and myself. I will be sending any product that does arrive back but I am not paying 100.00 dollars each for any cream. I will cancel my credit card first. So anyone thinking you are getting a free trial is sorely mistaken . And isn't there some sort of law that says the purchaser has so many hours to cancel this order?

I wouldn't even give one star

I ordered 2 trial size products in mid-November (which I received). On the website, they were saying free shipping, but I got 2 charges of $2.23. My credit card got charged $137.18 at the end of November without getting anything. Then in mid-December, Fedex knocked at my door and asked $74 (come to find out, it was only for the shipping). They charged my credit card again for $123.56. I wrote to them on that same day without knowing yet about those 2 insane charges (finally noticed them at the end of December with my credit card statement). I asked them to stop sending me products I never ordered. I just tried to call them. It automatically transferred me on a "waiting line". I never got to talk to anyone before the only choice I had was to leave a message on an answering machine.

Beware!!! it's a huge scam. Bottom line--they will hit your credit card each and every month for up to $150 for each product ordered.

I signed up for the face cream and the eye cream under the 14 day no risk "free trial". Tru belleza immediately hit my visa for two shipping charges. Seventeen days later, they hit it for $143 and $129. I received nothing. Called visa and they told me that this outfit is basically selling you a monthly membership. I called tru belleza's 4 different numbers and left messages but received no response. Sent an email demanding they cancel all orders as well as the so-called monthly membership and requested cancellation numbers. I eventually received an email response with those cancellation numbers and a statement saying future orders were cancelled, not orders that i had paid for.

Because i received no products, visa removed the charges from my bill pending their investigation. I cancelled my card to avoid future charges.

A week later, the products arrived with tracking that showed it had been shipped 23 days after i ordered it So you could not return products within the 14 day period) and about a week after visa reversed the charges.

In the box were 2 small one once jars. So... $290 for 2 ounces of something white. I'm trying to find out where to return these items. The return address on the shipping box belongs to a privately owned shipping company/call center that provides various services. This saga continues. Can't help but wonder what kind of crime organization is behind this. For visa to accommodate this, i suspect a bank is involved as well.

Got NOTHING but a hit on my VISA for $290!!!

I thought I ordered one shipment of a eye serum from this company. However I have received two additional sihipments and have been billed a total of $268.00 on my Mastercard. I guess it was one of these deals where you have a 14 day trial, which I did not realize.

All I am trying to do is contact TruBelliza and so far no luck. Phone message is that they are busy and to leave a message, which I did three times. I also sent two emails to their support email address, and of course, no response.

Today, I had no choice but to cancel my credit card so no further charges can be added. I am a senior, and the $268.00 is tough to swallow.

This company Tru Belleza knows it can get away with Fraud. They average about 140$ per person plus the original 4.95$ of the trial sample. They make sure that everyone believes that they have 14 days to try a 30 day sample. However PLEASE READ the TERMS & CONDITIONS which are a tiny little click way at bottom of their website page. Most people enter their credit card info & don't click on the Terms prior to entering your info. Once you open it - it will explain that the 14 days start once you have placed your order. The LIE is that you think you will have a chance to try the product but you won't!

So by the time you get the product the 14 days have passed & you are screwed. They will bill your credit card & the credit card company cannot disputed the charges as when you clicked on placing the order you were also clicking on accepting the terms & conditions so you are out of 141$ This is how they make millions off people. They make sure that the graphics on their website are large and misleading. That is the BIG LIE!!!!!
