I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered. My credit card was charged but the flowers were never delivered. I called customer service and Kim told me they do not deliver in that area.

I was never given that information via the website when I was ordering.

Kim told me she'd have the manager Rachel process the order and I'd see a refund to my credit card in 3-5 business days.

Six business days passed and no refund. I called customer service again and spoke with Alyssa who said there "was an issue with the system," and she said she'd process my refund...to be posted to my account in another 3-5 business days.

I asked to speak with the manager, but Alyssa refused stating the manager was gone for 2 weeks. I then asked to speak with the person covering for the manager. Alyssa refused, saying there was no one there.

I requested more information from Alyssa (ID number, manager's contact info) and Alyssa hung up on me.

I called back to speak with Alyssa again, and as soon as I identified myself, SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN.

Troy's Florist advertizes that they are local florist in Jacksonville Arkansas. They are nothing more than internet crooks who take your order, charge your credit card and NEVER deliver the flowers.

When they "process" a refund, it NEVER shows up on your credit card statement. They drag the process out long enough to be past the credit card dispute deadline so that you never get your flowers or your refund.

The company is nothing more than an internet scam and thief.

We ordered a funeral spray from this company in Carson , CA. We called them on the phone and placed an order for a funeral spray for $126. When we received the picture from my cousin as to what was delivered, we were stunned.

I contacted the company by email and was offered a 35% refund as they claimed what they sent was of the same value just a substitute. This company did not even send a funeral spray this is a little basket someone picked up from the grocery store this is a scam.

The saddest part of all this is we sent something beautiful to our aunt and this pitiful little basket…

Terrible

Ashamed to say they scammed me, too. 24 hrs after I placed an order, they demanded another $60. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Scammer not local

Troys represents themselves as local business. No!! After ordering flowers, received email 2 hours later that they wanted another $60. to deliver the arrangement. I canceled the order, but had already called my daughter to let her know to expect flowers! Embarrassing. Do not se Troys.

Troy's Florist purports to have a business in Madison, Georgia; however, it does not, as we have learned. The base for this business is in New Jersey. We ordered flowers, for a funeral, and flowers (weeds) were delivered but, needless to say, it was not what we ordered.

After seeing what was delivered, we call "the florist" and were told it was at their disgression to make substitutes. That seems to be the key word, "substitutions" because everyone, including our bank, Regions, is stuck on that word. Having to explain that substitution does not mean, change they're at liberty to change the complete order.

What is the point in specifying a floral arrangement, if they can give you what they want? Nothing, and I mean nothing was comparable to what we ordered and what was delivered. There was a list of flowers for this floral arrangement and we did not receive it. After emailing with them, they told us they are no longer using the florist who delivered our flowers. That was a surprise, since we assumed Troy's Flowers delivered the flowers. They also offered a 10% refund and we refused.

Troys Florist is a complete SCAM !! They are Not a locally owned store front. It is a Call-Center that takes phone orders, and then they call a local florist for delivery. I called them for a Next-Day Floral delivery. They did NOT make the delivery NOR did they call to inform me that the delivery was NOT made (I presume if I did not know the delivery was not made, they would have just kept my money!) I called them the next day and they told me that they had no explanation as to why the delivery was not made....it just wasn't. They didn't care that my friend did not receive a floral arrangement that I requested from them while she was watching her father pass away. Again, this is a Call-Center. There was NO customer care Nor concern for me Nor for the undelivered floral arrangement. I asked to be transferred to the manager, who also could care less and was quite rude to me on top of it all. Refund was requested.

On December 23rd I ordered so flowers for my friend's birthday from Troys Florist and they were to be delivered on December 30th. On December 30th I got an email from Troy's Florist saying they could not deliver the flowers because they could not find anybody in my friends' area to deliver them.

They also said they would refund my money. The price of the flowers was $62.04 which I paid for from PayPal debit card. They never sent my money back. I have contacted them several times and they said they sent it. I filed a dispute with paypal and they tried to reach them but they never answered back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I don't know what to do next.

Upon the death of her daughter, Did not deliver. When I tried to call they refused to speak to me. Put me on hold and didn't ever come back. When I called the company who took my payment. again, scammed. nothing for a response.

One email response and then nothing from them again. nearly 100 dollars was taken. Reviewed the company and the site is a scam site connected to Logan's Florists in New Jersey who is apparently stealing money regularly and getting away with it.

Many other reports are there on their facebook page and other areas. no one appears to be investigating them and the site is still standing and still stealing.

Perfomed internet search for local florist to send birthday arrangement to a freind. Troy's florist came up in search result in local town.

They are not in the local town!! They pepper the internet leading you to believe that you are ordering direct from them.

I chose an item that was shown and described on their web page through their 800#. I ordered a large clump of bamboo in a planter with stones. Paid for two "upgraded" balloons on plastic sticks (Smiley Face and a festive Happy Birthday).

A CHEAP plant that could be purchased from any big box store for $5.99 in a tin bucket that said Happy Birthday on it was delivered. The upgraded balloons were two mylenar balloons on ribbons - one was a generic Happy Birthday and the other a black over-the-hill Happy Birthday balloon!

An email was sent to my personal account while I was at work saying that they could not locate bamboo and a substitution would be made if I did not contact them within 1/2 hour!

So an arrangement that I paid over $70 for was substituted by a local florist (whose name was not on the card).

Upon contacting the 800# once I recieved a photo of what was sent, I was blamed for not responding to the email and that they reserved the right to substitute (which was not disclosed). They offered me a 10% refund for my inconvenience. I declined. Upon the next call to the 800#, I caught that they answer the phone as "FLORIST" not Troy's Florist!! This time I was transerred to a very rude individual (which I was probably rude as well) and was told nothing could be done as the arrangement was already delivered and the 10% discount was issued.

Not one good thing to say about Troy's Florist - BUYER BEWARE!!

You will want to explore all other options before using this service! (Picture below will help understand the issue I am describing! I placed this order and requested that it be delivered on 08/18/2017 for my Fiance as we are to be married on 08/18/18. I specifically chose the arrangement for the following reasons: 1) We will be getting married 08/18/18: This arrangement "supposedly" comes with 18 Roses. 2) Calla Lilies are the flowers (only flowers) that will be used in the wedding - This arrangement comes with 6 Calla Lilies I was contacted by Troy's Florist the morning of the delivery by a representative demanding that I would need to pay an additional $95.00, (on top of the $119.95 +shipping & Tax that was already paid) to have this item delivered as I had ordered it. When I inquired as to why there would be an additional up charge I was told that if I wanted this particular item then I would need to pay the difference (even though it was not listed on the website that there would be that big of a difference) or else my order would be cancelled! The rude rep finally said she would mark it down to just a $35 up charge (Pretty much to try and shut me up).

When my Fiance brought the bouquet home I was a bit taken back as to what was promised after paying $179.39 vs what was delivered! (see the picture attached). I ask you all to decide does the picture of what is advertised look comparable to what was actually delivered? I think not. Troy's Florist tells me that was delivered was of "equal value" - That is a load of crap. When I complained they stated they could give me a refund of $12.00 and they are trying to tell me that this is 10% of what was charged! Crap service and crap people!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. They had no problem charging my card and if I hadn't followed up they would've just kept my money. Do not trust this site!
