Placed order in February 2017 for a $100 gift subscription. It is now June and nothing has been received. My card was charged immediately upon the order. Customer service was contacted multiple times and a service rep, Kirsten, has continue to lie about when shipment would be made. Last contact was late April with a promise to ship "next week." Lies and fraudulent services. I have demanded a redund 3x and no response.

It is now may I have not received one order every time I notify the company that tell me they're a small company with a small staff. No further contact no deliveries no treats and already deducted money from my accounts
My daughter bought me a 3 month gift subscription from treatsie for Christmas. It's mid March and I am still waiting for the first box. I've emailed a few time. Got one computer generated response. I've called a couple of numbers and left messages and never received a call back. This company is nothing but a scam. I wished my daughter had used a credit card.
