Brought my vehicle in for service to a cadillac dealer in plymouth, ma named Tracy Motors. Check engine light was on and I was informed it was for timing chains. Made appointment and brought in vehicle. They had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks for a 7.6 hour job. When I called to see when my vehicle would be done, they told me the technician jusr returned from test drive and blew a brake line. Brake fluid was gushing out. After 4 calls back and forth I got the feeling something was not right as the story kept changing. I told them I was picking up the vehicle to get a second opinion. They said it may not be driveable. I told them I would drive it or tow it off the lot. When I went to pick it up they told me the brake fluid was gushing out and I had about 5 pumps of the brakes before I had no brakes. I looked under the vehicle and it was dry. Drive home and parked vehicle for the weekend. Monday morning I brought vehicle to my regular service station and the inspected the vehicle indepth and said absolutely nothing was wrong. No leak, no brake fluid missing, nothing!
ABSOLUTE TOTAL FRAUD! They tried to beat me for 1700.00. Made appointment to meet with owner and he told me a different story all together about whar broke and was leaking. Had him get the technician and the 3 of us went outside and looked at the vehicle. Then received a 3rd version from technician. Total FRAUD!
Do not go to this dealer and if you do get a second opinion.
