I BOUGHT 5 TRACKR BRAVOS, 3 CAME WITH DEAD BATTERIES WHICH I REPLACED. I ASSIGNED 4 OF THEM AND NOT THE 5TH SINCE THE FIRST 4 WERE A WASTE OF TIME.I TALKED TO THEIR ONLINE CHAT HELP AND HE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE A RANGE AROUND 100 FEET. WELL I GET MAYBE 5 FEET. THEY SAID MAYBE A WALL WAS IN THE WAY BUT I CAN BE IN MY KITCHEN LOOKING AT THE PIECE OF CRAP ON THE COUNTER ABOUT 5 FEET AWAY WITH NO WALL IN THE WAY AND IT SAYS SEARCHING. THEN THE IDIOT ON THE CHAT HELP SAID MAYBE THE BATTERY IS WEAK AFTER I HAD ALREADY TOLD THE MORON I PUT NEW ONES IN TO REPLACE THE DEAD ONES THEY SENT. I THEN SEE THEIR ADS ON FACEBOOK AND TOLD THEM IN THE COMMENTS WHAT A POS THEIR PRODUCT IT AND THEY BLOCK ME.ANOTHER RIPOFF COMPANY

TrackR Bravo only has a distance of 50 feet or so. Battery fell out and I only noticed it with my dog sitting on my lap and I couldn't track her. Crap piece of merchandise.

I thought these would be ideal so ordered 5 of them after reading all the uber positive reviews on Facebook... and then discovered they only work with bluetooth, if they work at all. I immediately returned all 5, unopened, including the original mailing envelope, with a copy of my order, payment, AND a letter requesting a refund. I mailed it via USPS to the return address listed on the original packaging. That was in late June, 2017 and its been 3 months of emails from them requesting a "tracking number" and saying that they never received any return. Suddenly, the follow up emails stopped and, guess what ??? No refund. There isnt even any company contact information on their website. Shocker.

It appears through further reseach that I am not the only one who has the same problem with this company. This product does not work and you will NEVER get your money refunded.

Horrible product. Google their name and you'll see plenty of complaints. There customer service is worthless. I bought 10. Only 3 initially worked. Within a week - they didn't work either. Customer Service offered ZERO help. They advertise a great deal. Will likely see them on some cheat and scoundral cable show; at least I hope so!

I have purchased around 20-30 of the TrackR devices for resale in my store and they have been coming back as deffective. I contacted the company and to date not one responds form the company concerning the deffective issue. These unitswork a few weeks or even a few months then no longer. The Company offers a customer service email, but what good is that if no one will respond to you needs or concerns. The only responds is when you want to purchase a large amount then they resond becasue they want your money. DO NOT Purchase this product !!!!

Ordered Track R early in December. Never received priduct. Sent e-mail to check on order. Response said they are behind on orders due to huge response and behind on orders. They would expedite shipping in 72 hours. Too much time went by, & no order arrived. I have asked for refund several times and get same response, or they will check, or they will resend lost order, but i never get the product or the refund! This place is a rip off! Do not order this item! Do not waste your time & your money!

I ordered and paid $116 for 4 TrackR tags on the 26/08/2016. I received an email on the same day confirming the order. On the 15/09/2016 TrackR sent me an email confirming that my order had been shipped. On the 09/11/2016 my order still hasn't been delivered and all my emails go unanswered. What a scam. You guys should be embarrassed to be an American.

LIKE MANY OTHERS I ORDERED MY BUY 3 GET 2 FREE BRAVOS IN AUGUST. BEGAN TO WONDER WHERE MY ORDER WAS IN SEPT AND BEGAN TO EMAIL THEM, WHEN SOMEONE FINALLY CONTACTED ME THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE COLORS SPECIFIED, I REPLIED TO THEM TO SEND WHATEVER COLORS THEY HAD. ONCE I GOT THEM I IMMEDIATELY WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I FOUND THAT THEY HAD TO BE REBOOTED ALL THE TIME TO WORK. IN SOME CASES IT WOULD NOT EVEN RECOGNIZE THAT THEY WERE WITHIN A FOOT OF THE UNIT. BECAUSE THE REAL LIFE WORLD DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO BE REBOOTING DAILY I BEGAN TO REQUEST A REFUND IN THE MIDDLE OF OCTOBER, FIRST USING THE WEBSITES CONTACT PAGE, WHEN I DID NOT HEAR BACK WITHIN A FEW DAYS I BEGAN TO USE MY PERSONAL EMAIL AND A COMBINATION OF THE WEB PORTAL TO TRY TO REACH THEM, CALLED THE 1-800 A FEW TIMES ONLY TO BE PUT ON A ENDLESS HOLD PATTERN. TO DATE I HAVE SENT 21 EMAILS AND STILL NO REPLY HERE IS A COPY OF THE LAST EMAIL I SENT THEM A FEW MINUTES AGO

First of all, I created this account for the sole purpose of actually getting to talk to someone from the TrackR team. I've almost given up after several attempts to get in touch with someone from the TrackR support but then I thought that if I put this on Twitter, they might actually bother to get back to me. So what basically happened was that I ordered my TrackR on the 31/08/2016. On the 19th of September I then contacted the support and informed them that I unexpectedly had to move in the meantime due to personal reasons . As the TrackR hadnt been shipped to this date, I assumed that it shouldn't be a problem to just change the address to send it to. I provided them With my full name, order number, new address, a fair bit of text to explain the circumstances and asked them explicitly not to send it to the address I initially provided.

On the 26th of september I then reveived an email from Jay saying that it cannot be shipped to the new address as it doesnt come up in Google Maps. It probably had something to do with the formatting of the E-mail so I sent the address to him once again making sure that everything was correct and even attached a screenshot from Google Maps. Jay still hasn't gotten back to me. Then on the 03/10/2016 so almost 2 weeks after I contacted them the first time seeking their support I received another e-Mail saying that my TrackR has successfully been shipped to the address I asked them not to ship it to. I contacted them again in order to find a solution for this but it has almost been 3 weeks so far and I still haven't heard a single word back. All I have received so far was newsletter telling me about some new Bravo thingy. Although the fact that I moved caused this whole problem I expected better support. Well not better support but at least some support at all.

I am highly unsatisfied with this and I am herby asking you to contact me as soon as you read this. You probably won't but at least I have now shared my experience. I know that you have high volumes of inquiries coming in every day but thats no excuse for this. Especially not when you're promising to get back to every customer within 24 hours. 50€ down the drain I guess. Best regards Order No.529760

Months ago I contributed twice to TrackR on Indiegogo. No product was ever shipped. No one from TrackR has ever responded to several emails to them, to inquiries on their web for, or to emails I sent to Indiegogo support in which they claim to have forwarded my complaint to Chris Herbert. I have requested a refund twice from TrackR and still no response.

I purchased a few pces of the Tracker Bravo - tracker electonic gadgets for abt USD 58- and paid by credit card. an auto email reply said it will be shipped within 2 days. It has been more than one month now since 20th July 2016.

I have no choice but since cancelled my credit card. I believed this is a scam.

On 5/15/2015 I purchased 5 trackers from TRACKR 'S and never received anything from them they have already taken my money and no product was sent to me , but they are still on face book getting more people to take money from .

In August 2014 we have answered the company's pela for crowd funding in Indigogo and paid in good faith over USD100 for goods to be delivered in january 2015.

12 months on and no sign of goods nor our money. When contacted, the company simply says it will 'refund' the money and we can re-order online - ONLY IT COSTS DOUBLE WHAT WE PAID. Furthermore, the alleged refund was never received.

I have used crowd funding in the past, and it is utterly shameful and disgusting to see it being used as a platform for scamming credible customers, which essentially, is what Trackr is doing.

It took me 12 months of patience and a terrible loss of time to pursue a solution, only to realise it was useless.

Now looking to take this case to court. What a hassle.

I placed an order an with the company back in June, and here it is over two months later and I still do not have an order. I noticed that back in July, the company took out a total of $126.35 out of my account. Because I have no way of communicating back to the supplier, as of today, I had to place a dispute in with paypal who is the company I paid through to get this order. If the company can not supply the goods, they do not need to be taking out people's money and walking away with it.

Despite multiple requests after unsolicited Email advertising, phone calls to a number that doesn't get answered and a Priority Mail tracked request, you can forget about EVER getting off their email SPAM list. Yep, did it all...tried every way possible, even through their Facebook page!

I've never had an established business relationship, nor have opted into any request...in fact the address they use is a business address that is not even a reasonable marketing target. The email addresses that they come from are all spoofed and return as undeliverable. Pretty sure this is all against the law.

Now I'm collecting all the additional times they contact me after the requests and would love to file suit for refusing to ahere to the CAN-SPAM act guidelines.

Purchased on Dec 10th 2014, still have not received Aug 8th 2015. Keep giving bs excuses, and have even shipped to people who ordered well after me.

I purchased ten of their products over twelve months ago plus extra accessories and engraving on the product. After many emails and requests they have finally block me and no longer respond. Just go to their facebook page and see how many customers they have scammed!

Do not give them your money. They need to be shut down!
