The caller left a voicemail saying that there were documents in my name that I had applied for a visa credit card and that I was going to be served court documents to appear in court because I did not pay off the credit card in full and that I have to pay the bill in the amount of over $1,000.00. I called the number back and talked to someone claiming to be from this company and that I needed to pay the bill in full or I would be arrested for fraud. I called the real company and the person that I spoke to told me that there was none of my information on file with them, and that I needed to contact the fraud division so that I can file a complaint against the scammer. I have the name and fhone number of the scammer also in my voicemail. I am going to contact the FBI also so that they can file charges against these scammers. I have never heard of this company before and when I called the "company" the person did not say who he/she worked for so I asked what the phone call was about and they told me that it was about a credit card that I applied for and I told them that I never applied for a credit card with this company and now I am getting phone calls from people claiming to be from this company and also from CCS.

On or about the end of July, 2017, I found an advertisment from them to obtail a secured credit card. On the 2nd day of August, they requested the following information: 1) Copy of Valid Driver's License 2) Copy of Social Security Card 3) Copy of Recent Utility Bill OR Copy of Recent Bank Statement; that all of the above information be Faxed to them at 605-339-7550. " these documents must verify the address in your application. Please send this information within 30 days from the date of the letter in order for yure application to be processed. If we do not receive the information by that date we will regettably be unable to give further consideration to your credit request. We will then consider your application withdrawn and funds received will be returned by the method received" They subsequently debited our bank account for the requested $89.00 but as of this writing 11/03/2017 have not provided the Creit Card or returned our funds.

I received a credit card from Total Visa in March. The annual fee is $80.00 and then my limit was $300.00

I paid the annual fee and I missed the first two payments. They put me into the "recovery" section of their company. Here is where it gets screwed up. They have no idea about ANYTHING that is going on with your card. They will not answer any questios. THey will only take the payments and thats it. They will transfer you to a customer service agent from another company to help you. There are three different companies all using the same system. I am paying my balance and tossing this card. Unreal. They are crooks and they couldnt even explain to me about the annual fee. I asked if that would be put towards my balance they said no. Then proceeded to tell me that I get a $26 late fee for pay period it is late. How did I rack up $300 in fees in 3 months? It was only a $300 card??
