Saw advertisement for torchxpro. Demonstrated that laser would light a fire and etch metal. I bought two. Money back guarantee on website. Received the lasers and found that this is nothing but a laser pointer that will not do anything their website demonstrates it to do. Contacted support and they will not answer my emails. When asked about the 30 day return, I was told they do not accept returns. I have screenshot of their money back guarantee for any reason from their website.
I also found the exact same laser pointer on Wish.con for more than half the cost on torchxpro.com. this company is apparently buying these for $24 (Wish.com) and reselling for $49. Their advertising is fraudulent and they have no intention of honoring anything promised or "guaranteed" on their website.
Ordered a laser back in January got the shipped email with tracking number. Well as of 4/20/20 my order is listed as in "Fulfillment" as in waiting for the product that i ordered back on January 9, 2020, and the tracking number they gave me says it was posted March 13, 2020 and the final entry was on March 16 "Despatch from Sorting Center"....over a MONTH ago!!!! Forgot to mention that on March 19th, my email to "Support" was returned because their "email address couldn't be found". Avoid this company at all costs! They don't deliver any product they "sell". They'll scam you out of you money and blow smoke up your ass!!
Ordered 2 lasers in 12/2019 and was given fake tracking numbers. After several emails all I get back is a form letter that says they will be sent. I canceled the order several times and just keep getting the same form letter stating they will be sent. It's been 3 months. I had to dispute charges on the credit card.
