After doing online research I found out this company has changed their name several times in the last 3-4 years. Probably to hide from all their upset clients and their negative reviews. Try Googling 'Business Domination', the complaints are numerous.
My experience with Top Advertising Solutions has been very similar to the experiences described in all of their negative Google reviews.
I paid them thousands to build a keyword ad campaign they said would put my company on the first page of Google, Yahoo, Bing and AOL along with local directory websites.
They rejected my keyword preferences, instead giving me a list of keywords to choose from. I told them I wanted certain keywords that I know are important to my client base. They argued with me basically saying they wouldnt tell me how to sell houses and I shouldnt tell them how to build a keyword campaign
About 2 weeks passed and they showed me how to monitor my keyword performance. There after I logged in weekly. I almost NEVER saw all my keywords on the first page of Google. A few, maybe 3 or 4 keywords made it to the 1st page for about 2 weeks and they quickly dropped off. 4 keywords out of a 20 keyword package is horrible performance on their part.
I called them for help with the ad package. They reviewed my performance reports and determined my best next step would be to pay them $3600 for a new website. At this point the whole experience with Top Advertising Solutions started feeling like one big scam.
Their ad package supposedly comes with a money back guarantee. I asked them for a refund per the guarantee and they refused. They said they had met their guarantee because my keywords appeared on some strange websites Ive never heard of.
I ultimately disputed their charge with my credit card company. Wouldnt you know the bandits at Top Advertising Solutions sent a bunch of fake search results to my bank to support their claim that they had fulfilled the terms of our agreement.
It has been a hard expensive lesson. Stay away from this company. They will take your money and burn you
