The web site server did not recognize my address so I kept trying to place my order. Finally gave up. Checked my bank account the next day and saw my account was charged 4 times. Tried calling, no answer.reported. it to my bank and got cut off.
Their website appears perfectly legitimate but any attempts to contact them with the phone number displayed on their site reveal quickly that something is amiss. The number is followed by an 'extension number' 333 but when I reach the answering service, there is no way offered to enter it nor one to leave a message and ask for a callback. I have phoned day and night for a 7-day period since I placed my order and got the same result every time: nothing. Nobody ever answers.
I sent 3 emails in as many days until I got a brief response by email: that my order had been shipped and they gave me a tracking number for US Postal Service. USPS informed me that the number was only a temporary label for they hadn't even received a package from this business yet to send anywhere and could not give me an actual tracking number. I got the same response exactly from TobaccoStock when I sent 2 more emails asking for a refund to my credit card if they simply couldn't fill my order, but their response to me made no mention or acknowledgement of the charge they'd already placed against it. I have been left with no recourse but to phone my bank and start a long headache of a process to dispute this charge against my account.
All efforts on my part to find a physical address for this business online have come to naught. The only hint of it shows up at my bank with the company name and charge on my account: only the US state, Alaska, along with exactly the same phone number that shows on their website. I hope my bank has better luck tracking them down than I did!
