Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC Reviews

  • Mar 9, 2016

I provided the following to: Mr. Austin I am providing you with the following to advise you and your team that we no longer want to be representative by your organization due to the lapse of time to complete this process. Throughout our interaction with your company we were advised that this process would be three (3) to six (6) months’ time but not more than twelve (12) months. We were misled by Amanda Armstrong and Niki Smith who represented Choice Vacations, LLC and representatives of Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC (TAI) in November 20, 2014. We were led to believe they were representing your Agency that this time, which they were. They indicated the purchasing of Choice Vacations, LLC unit at Inverness at Del Lago Condominium Association located at 100 La Costa Dr. Montgomery, Texas 77356 was the only way TAI would help us get out of our timeshare with Orange Lake. Once we told this story to Mr. Jeffery, one of your staff, he indicated that Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC cut their relationship with Choice Vacations due to this unscrupulous, misleading tactics to persuade us and others in this matter. Ms. Armstrong and/or Niki Smith contacted Capital One that night and opened two accounts in our name without our approval. We did not authorize this and were rushed through the paperwork which this information was intermingled in. We had been there nearly 3 going on 4 hours. It was 11:30 going on 12:00 midnight when we finished. We did not receive and paperwork from that night until ten(10) or twelve (12) days later. Too late to cancel this process. Although I did try to cancel this process with Choice Vacations once I realized the two accounts opened with Capital One. Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC got payment from that night out of the transaction. This was a set up from the beginning. Taking advantage of older people is just wrong. We want our money back from services never rendered by Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC. The email dated February 22, 2016 from Angela Wilkerson, Paralegal, stating your attorneys trying to reach a conclusion on our files to get us some answers when they noticed that our Agreement with both files is in need of renewal. Then it continues to state that the Orange Lake timeshare has been foreclosed on and is outside the Statute of Limitations meaning it is outside the legal limits of when a lawsuit can be filed. However, we are filing suit on a list of other Orange Lake cases and our attorney is wanting to aim towards negotiating a global settlement on all of them combined in which he would attempt to lump our file in the mix for a possible settlement resolution. This doesn’t say much for the process since it has been over a year that this process has been ongoing. Shouldn’t someone noticed the limitations before now. We now are in a big maybe or maybe not able to get this process completed. Not what we expected from the promises made to relieve us of this timeshare. Very unsatisfied with this process. Secondly, we have the Choice Properties file, which the attorneys have reviewed FirstSource information provided us on the Capital One accounts open without our approval and informs us of what we understood the option contained therein were options to make payment for accounts that never should have been opened. But, the attorneys would review for best possible jurisdiction of where this file case once we renew our Agreement. This email doesn’t tell us what action can be taken, only that the attorneys need to review the case. Reviewing these two case files will not get us relieved from either timeshare nor relieve us from the two accounts with Capital One. Again this is not action or proof your company is acting on our behalf in a fashion that would provide us with what was promised. Yet to our knowledge no action has been taken on Capital One credit accounts opened the night of 11-20-2014 that started this misleading process. We are very disappointed and wish to be repaid the money we have paid TAI/Castle Law Group to take action to relive us from the timeshares and the Capital One credit accounts. I am going to show how responsive Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC and the attempts I tried to get responses as what action was being taken on our behalf. Please see the above attachment in the email sent.. Upon review of the attachments and this email we expect to receive our money back since your agency did not relieve us from the timeshares as promised in the 100% guarantee. We await our check at the earliest time possible because of the unduly action on your part to rid us of the timeshares and Capital One accounts we may still have two timeshares and a debt we should not have !!! Desired Settlement I would like to get my money back in full like I was promised.
