TicketsAtWork.com Reviews

Ticketatwork is offered as benefit by the company for whom I provide contract services. This is my first and last time using this service.

I contacted ticketatwork and the process appeared to move smoothly. I originally spoke with representative "Carmen" she walked me through the process of payment of $348,36 a savings of $91.00. She stated I would receive a link for this order, confirmation, and would be able to download the tickets. That is when the problem started.

I was never able to get the link to open as it should, and a confirmation was never sent. I continually received the errored message "OOPS something went wrong." I continually received this errored message from March 22, 2023 through April 7, 2023. a trouble ticket I was told was opened to address this problem. The original representative "Carmen" told me if I had any problems to call back and request her which I did, several times. However, I was always told "she could not be reached." or "she was not in," or "she could not be found." I spoke with six (6) different representatives each time. I was given a bevy of instructions to correct this problem (1) turn my computer off and log on again, (2) use a different computer (3) use a tablet and (4) try downloading on my phone. All of which were things I tried with no success I continued to receive the error message "OOPS something went wrong." The last representative with whom I spoke stated the matter would be resolved in 72 hours, I stated I would give them an extra 24 hours resulting in a total of 96 hours to supply the tickets I had already paid for. If it was not resolved withing that time period, we would cancel this order because it had gone on too long without progress. Monday afternoon at 12:00p.m. was the end of the 96 hours I tried to open the link and again received the errored message "OOPs something went wrong." I called my credit card company an cancelled this order. I never received the tickets, and missed the event we were trying to attend. Ticketatwork refused to refund my money, and stated they had NO responsibility for my not receiving the tickets. This company advertises as a ligitimate company the only thing ligitimate about them is that they will take your money. I supplied ALL of the correspondence between Ticketatwork and myself to the credit card company stating the difficulty with the non-functioning link. Ticketatwork even sent an email 2 days after the event that I missed with instructions as how to retrieve the tickets. These people are SCAMS, when I contacted them after the event had passed they declined ANY responsibility in supplying the product I purchased other than taking my money. Thinking I am saving $91.00 I actually lost $348.36 Do not use these people, they do not stand behind their product.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I paid for NFL tickets over a month prior to the event. Never received my tickets, so I called less then 24 hours prior (as I was told a few days prior by a rep. i'd have them no later then 24 hours prior) Lady didn't care, she finally forwarded me a random email with some tickets.... we drove 3 hours to the event.... tried to enter & NONE of our 4 tickets would allow entry.... Walked all the way to the box office (complete opposite side of a VERY large stadium) & they reviewed my information/tickets & said those tickets were fraudulent and whoever ACTUALLY purchased them were already scanned in and sitting in those seats, so NOTHING they could do (The box office manager himself researched this for me). So I had no choice but to PURCHASE 4 NEW tickets and obviously, 20 minutes prior to kick-off, they were OUTRAGEOUS. So after already spending $500 on these game tickets through "Tickets at Work" I had to spend another $800 on NEW tickets.

This company is BOGUS and a HUGE scam. My COMPANY uses them for "Discount rates" and now we will be SURE to STOP using their services, as well as advising EVERYONE we know that purchases tickets (we are in South Florida, so everyone we know is always purchasing Disney tickets, amusement parks, games etc.,) This company refuses to do anything and just said "oh well"..... It's ridiculous. I trusted them because my COMPANY chose to contract with them & it bit me in the butt. BOGUS & I'll be doing a merchant charge back if my money isn't refunded VERY soon. I never received MY tickets.. I received FAKE ONES!!! **DO NOT EVER USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!**

Was shopping in the Universal Orlando section on my iPhone 8. On October 16, I tried to buy 3 tickets for Universal Studios’ Halloween Horrors October 29th in Orlando, but somehow purchased 3 tickets for Halloween Horrors in Hollywood, CA instead. Noticed the mistake within 3 hours of the purchase when I finally saw email confirmation. Called customer service immediately, the same day and less than 3 hours after the sale, to fix this only to learn that they would not refund, change location from Hollywood to Orlando, exchange, etc. Basically was rudely told I was out $225, as it is impossible fir me to be in California when I have travel plans across the country in Orlando.

I still am not even sure how I bought tickets for Universal Hollywood when I was browsing for deals inside the Universal Orlando section. I tried to recreate the problem, but could not get the site to work on my phone (I have screenshots of the errors).

Anyways, I was about to spend at least another $1,000 with these people until learning of their very stubborn “no refunds” policy. Website was not working properly on my mobile device, causing me to be transferred to the Halloween Horrors in Universal Studios Hollywood instead of Universal Studios Orlando.

I got the wrong tickets, but company will do NOTHING to assist me in getting the correct ones. I have heard of similar issues/complaints on Consumer Affairs website. Now I am disputing charge with my credit card/bank and Paypal, as there is no way I can use the non-refundable/non-exchangeable tickets this company has sold me. I have heard that all they have to do is request a refund/exchange from Universal as the third-party vendor and I will get one, but I am going to have to verify this. Going to be warning others to avoid this site! Buyer beware!

I purchased Queen + Adam Lambert concert tickets from Ticketsatwork.com thinking I was getting a discount. The description on the purchase showed Section 117, row 17. When I received the tickets, they showed Section 217, row 17. That is a complete level different, and not what I purchased. I did click the box that authorized an UPGRADE if available, but this was clearly a DOWNGRADE. I called customer service and she basically said, all sales are final, no refund, no exchange, no upgrade. Needless to say I did not get what I purchased, and this is a case of false advertising.
