Purchased premium seating tickets for Harry Styles Concert from ticketliquidators.com back in May 2017 for my wife to take my special needs daughter (whom has Down's Syndrome and is visually impaired) for September 26th concert at the Chicago Theater. A week before concert I notified ticketliquidators.com and mytickettracker.com (whom sent purchase confirmation after purchase) that I had not received tickets. I placed countless phone calls to them (which typically required 30 to 40 minutes on hold each time) to inquire on when I would be receiving my tickets. No one could give me a straight answer. Originally they told me that it was not unusual to receive tickets the same day as concert. But after much persistence on my part, they informed me that there did appear to be a problem getting tickets released from stubhub and that a manager named Stephanie was working on it. I did receive a voicemail from Manager Stephanie saying that my tickets were delivered to my billing address on 7/26/17. That was something totally different than previous information I was told, I called Stephanie back for further information at least a dozen times over the following days preceding the concert, but she was never available to take my calls. Every time a new operator would tell me that Manager Stephanie was working on it and that she was the only one that could give me any information. Despite the dozen or more calls into Stephanie with call back requests, she never had the courtesy to return my call. After numerous requests, and with much hesitation a different customer service operator provided me the UPS Tracking Number for the tickets shipped by Stubhub supposedly to my billing address.

Tracking number showed tickets were delivered to a Sumner, Washington address...not my address in Illinois. After which I called back to request cancelling and refunding the tickets that were no longer available, so I could try purchasing elsewhere. I was told that the manager Stephanie was the only person that could refund the missing tickets but she wasn't unavailable. A few hours before the concert time, the manager finally called me back to inform me that my tickets were not available, but she can offer me better tickets at no additional cost. I accepted. Upon arriving at the venue my wife and special needs daughter were denied admittance due to the fact that the tickets were fake. Unbelievable!! The customer service received from everyone at ticketliquidator.com and mytickettracker.com was totally horrendous. But I can't say enough on how badly the manager named Stephanie handled this. If she returned any of my calls in a timely manor, tickets could have been refunded...allowing us to purchase tickets we found elsewhere. But she intentionally waited to the last minute so there wasn't time to purchase tickets elsewhere. After days of unreturned calls and hours on hold she gives us fake tickets and they can't get into the concert after driving for hours to get there!!!

Ordered concert ticket's over phone went over price seat's and stadium. Checked my e-mail and they put down totally different state and city. Called them immediately and 2 different ladies wouldn't help me when it was there mistake. Told them why would I buy tickets for Texas when I live in Wisconsin cause he coming here

Ordered Luke Bryan tickets for a concert that is over three months into the future. I realized the next morning that I had a family engagement for that night, so I promptly called Ticket Liquidators and they refused to refund my money ($881 for three tickets that were supposed to total $699). I also brought up the hidden fees that totaled over $182! These bogus fees are for "internet service/handling fees" and e-ticket delivery. This company is a horrible rip-off and deceptive and now I'm forced to go through my credit card company to stop payment on the tickets. These people should be investigated so I'm also going to file a report the FTC and my state's attorney general.
