Joy Thomas runs a PUPPY MILL in Missouri. When you ask her about this, she denies it. The place is a disgusting mess and many others have also gotten sick or behavior issue puppies from her. She constantly has puppies available. Her first litter was ready in October and then one in February. She promises all the health paperwork and Registration. I got a bunch of papers on how to train a puppy.
I have contacted via telephone, text and email requesting my money back or partial refund for the cost it will take me to make this puppy suitable to live with our family. The puppy is very aggressive and will have to have special training.
I have reported her to BBB and to many other agencies. I will continue to do so until I get what I paid for. A healthy, happy puppy with the proper Registration.
She is a liar and a rip off. She assumes because I am in another state that I will drop this. I will not. I will take a flight to Missouri if I have to.

hi!!! this really concerns me, first because we already got 8 years ago a dog from her, second because I'm looking for another one right now and contact her, asked for pictures of parents and everything seemed fine until She said, that She had sold the only female dog from a litter but that in 2 weeks She will have another girl available! So this made me think They might be a puppy mill. What happened to you exactly?
I purchased a Welsh Terrier and an Irish Terrier fro J. Thomas. The Welsh Terrier developed a congenital hip issue at 6 months of age (Calves Perthes Disease) and underwent AFO (surgical procedure (talking thousands of dollars). He will have a lifetime of mobility problems such as difficulty with stairs and jumping. The Irish has allergies and skin issues, (Atopic Dermatitis), hypothyroidism and now elevated liver enzymes. Also behavioral issues. Again, talking thousands of dollars and daily medication and topical skin cares. Love them both, but this has been a tremendous financial burden and literally a labor of love. This breeder has a history of violations, fines, etc. (perform your google searches, wish I had) and fits the profile of a puppy miller i.e. multiple breeder. And no, I am not an animal activist, as she had insinuated when I reported her to the BBB. However, I do not support animal cruelty and as a concerned citizen just doing my part trying to get the word out so that others can make informed decisions.

Pup turned into a devil dog, He is bipolar and has attacked my wife and children countless times. Many times biting with deep puncture wounds. He has unusually big ears and teeth for the breed. Joy doesn’t return phone calls. Stay away from doing business with this person. She is a liar and unethical.
