I made an online purchase at The New Sides, an online shoe store located in the UK. I found them on Instagram. I bought two pairs of shoes. The shipping FAQ's stated that shipping will take 15-25 days once the order has been processed. The money $46.52 was debited from my account within 2 days of placing the order on February 10th, 2020. The New Sides website showed my order was placed and paid for on February 14th, 2020. Still to this day on their website my order shows paid but unfulfilled.
I inquired about the status of my order on Feb 28th. I was told my order was taken to the post office. Another couple of weeks went by and I inquired again. They said my order will ship out soon. I said, but you stated that my order had already been shipped? Another couple of weeks go by and I asked for my money back. They refused. They said my package had already been shipped, but they could not provide a tracking number. I stated that I was going to file a complaint to the FTC and they said they would expedite my shipping.
I dont know how they would do this since my package according to them was taken to the post office almost a month earlier. I have sent numerous emails and numerous messages through Facebook Messenger and I have gotten nothing but empty promises and lies. Here we are 84 business days later and they have my money and I don't have what I paid for. I hope nobody else gets their money stolen from this company like I did.
