The emails sent to the support email adress bounces back and they do not reply to their alternative email address. I do not believe i can receive a refund, therefore my main concern is for other consumers being lied to. Their Facebook page have received many complaints regarding their products and they state that the product does not do justice to the image on the webpage. They have also complained that their products have still not been sent to them and its been over 2 months, whereas the policy promises 10 working days.

HUGE SCAM

This is a HUGE SCAM. You will not get what you ordered. They will take your money and you will never hear from them. DON'T ORDER!!!!

Rip Off

They should not be allowed to advertise on facebook. They are a rip off !!!!!!! ordered necklace and still hasn't come they are in China go figure!!!!!

I ordered 2 items from the gift necklace for Christmas presents. I paid through PayPal and it was immediately taken out of my account. The site said my order might take up to 3 days to process and then allot 10 days to arrive. They gave me a tracking link. After 5 days, I started checking the status. I got the same message over and over about taking 3 days to process and 10 days to arrive. I got suspicious at that point and started trying to contact them. No phone number. I have sent 4 or 5 e-mails via their link but have not heard back from any of them. I fear that I have been ripped off. I have not yet contacted PayPal because I was hoping the company would eventually respond. If I don't hear something soon, I will contact PayPal and see if I can get my money back.

I think the company might be in China, although one address shows California.

I am really disappointed that my daughter and son-in-law won't have their Christmas gifts but I am angry that I am getting ripped off. A senior on a fixed income cannot afford to replace the lost money.

I placed an order, they took my money and to date I have not heard from them or received my order. They do not respond to emails on their site, there are no phone numbers to reach anyone and they do not appear to be legitimate. I consider what has occurred as on-line theft. I have contacted paypal so that they are aware of this fraud. They use them to take your money. They advertise on FACEBOOK, and I wonder if FB is aware they are facilitating this theft. I am in the process of contacting them.

Ordered a necklace on 12/16/16, order #22573921, received the confirmation for $47.75 but never got a shopping notice. I have sent approx. eight emails requesting updates on the order, I get very brief incoherent emails in return a few days later. the last three emails I sent requesting to refund the money for the order. I received a email saying I should apply for a refund, I have sent three previous emails already requesting a refund. I would like to know what additional steps I can take to recover my $47.75.

I ordered a necklace with my children's names on it and never arrived. I was charged immediately. Every time I email they tell me a different story.... it's on the road or now they have a back up.

I ordered a necklace for my sister as a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation that the funds had been removed from my account and I would receive shipping and tracking information. I never received the shipping information and I have not received my order. They will not reply to my emails also there is not a telephone number.

Out of convenience and great deals, a lot of people now do on line shopping for the holidays. I usually like to go out and shop, but because of starting a new job and working so many hours, I decided to try out the on line thing. My daughter is getting older, and instead of receiving just gift cards and cash like so many kids do now a days, I wanted to get her something special. Something she could carry with her to remember my love for her always. Also, my sister in law just had a beautiful baby girl and I wanted to get her something quite special as well. I was delighted to see a great deal on a beautiful, specially engraved necklace that I could purchase for the both of them at "thegiftnecklace.com" After not receiving it for quite some time, and no luck with my tracking number, I decided to google the website. To my horror, I found out this site was a complete scam! Not only have I been cheated out of my money (70.00) but I have also been cheated out of the spirit of Christmas. To know humanity can sometimes be so cruel and unkind- especially around the holidays, is just heart breaking. I'm extremely disappointed .
