After sever attempts at emailing the pet gift box, I am still paying them $30 every month for a subscription i have been trying to cancel for months. They make it impossible to get a phone number for them when you do not have log in information. My username and password is not working to log in and make changes to the account.
The "forgot password" link says it is invalid every time i try to change the password to try and get logged in. If you go to their "contact us" page, you have to be logged in to contact them.
I've been in this cycle of trying unsuccessfully to speak with someone for months now. All i have been able to do is send emails that are not being replied to. This is a scam. I'm about to have to cancel my paypal account i used to sign up in order to stop sending this company $30 a month.
