On Nov 20, 2018 I ordered a watch for my wife from The Tee Drop. com and paid for the gift with a credit card. on Nov 23 they deducted the funds (59.95) but never sent a confirmation email as stated in their ad. I waited for a week the tried to call them on the number listed in their ad and that number came back as NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I have sent several emails and even sent two through there customer service help system but no replies. I have contacted a friend who works for my states AG office and he said to keep persuing the matter and ti file this report so others don't get scammed.

I'm trying to file a dispute through my bank to force them to pay it back, but if I can't I'll just have to get the law involved. It seems these guys have been doing this unchecked for a while now.
I ordered a shirt & coffee mug and never received anything. Emails are ignored and customer service number is no longer in service. These people need to be stopped.
I purchased a ring through them. The ring symbolizes support for people with Lupus (like myself). With the way I have been treated by them I feel they are just in it for a quick buck. Nobody will ever know what you go through unless you have the disease yourself.
I purchased a tee shirt thru another party, for fibromyalgia awareness, paid and Tee Drop was contracted to provide the tee-shirt. On 7Sept 17, the USPS sent me an email stating that my package was out for delivery, however I never received the package. On 8 Sept 17, the USPS had no further information on that tracking number. I emailed the company several times and have received emails suggesting I check to see if my neighbors have it to that are going to take care or the issue. I did not check with my neighbors, have not received the tee shirt, but have contacted the USPS for assistance.
Ordered the domestic violence awareness band on feb 12th 2017, still havent received it or any information about shipping. The phone number provided is out of service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The company targets military families, but don't always deliver items ordered. This is wrong in so many ways. I ordered a ring for my sister, who is in the military, on April 13th, thinking I'd have it in time for her birthday. Her birthday is past, but I still don't have the ring. I inquired about it thru their website. They did send a response telling me it was delivered to me in TX, but the tracking they sent indicated it was delivered to an address in Joliet, IL. I tried to call, but the phone number on the website is not in service. I replied to the e-mail pointing out the difference in what they told me and what the tracking said, but the response was the same. They ignore me unless I submit a complaint on their website, but all I get is the same information. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes, don't have a working phone number, and don't respond to e-mails. Don't order from them!

I try calling and can get no one... it rings, then goes to a busy signal before it disconnects. They took the money from my account, yet I cannot get a hold of anyone... no response to email either.
I ordered SIX Pancreatic Cancer rings on January 14th. I did receive three of the six rings on February 10th. I have messaged, emailed and left voice mails but have yet to talk to a real person. I have not received the other three rings and they have not credited my account. My brother died of Pancreatic Cancer and I was trying to help my mother, sister and nieces with the grieving process by giving them a gift they could wear every day. Now, I have an even bigger headache to deal with. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a cerebral palsy awareness ring from Tee Dtop in late December 2016. two months later. I have not recieved my item, despite paying for it. Tee Drop has ignored several emails, social media messages and phone calls.

I waited till Jan 18 to start contacting them for a status update. I've called 5 times and left messages (because you only get a voice mail) and I've emailed 7 times, and as of today, 2/2/17, I still have not had one reply from them.

I have sent emails at this point, called multiple times, messaged through Facebook, posted comments on Facebook and have gotten not one response and it's January 24, 2017! I can only look up my order on their website and it says "processing", which it has since January 9, 2017! They have taken my money, stollen my money and have sent me no product in return! So checking my bank statement, they charged me an extra fee, an international fee, so obviously the account is overseas! You do the math!!! I am beyond frustrated, it looks like a real company, they are targeting fire and rescue, law enforcement, veterans and disabled!!! How anyone can take advantage of anyone first of all makes me sick, but to take advantage of these hard working innocent people and are helping thousands of people! Absolutely horrible!

It has been two months, they took the money out of my account, and I still have not received my order.
