On November 19th, I placed an order for a shirt that they had ran for a sale in a facebook group. I paid for the invoice on November 19th 2015. They had a document that was loaded into this group that stated the shipping time was 3-6 weeks and they averaged a 3 week shipping time.
On January 11th, 7 weeks after the order was placed I sent a message to the 2 owners of the facebook group asking the status of my item. No response.
On January 14th, 2016, I filed a dispute with Paypal as I had not received the item. Paypal sided with me because of their buyers protection and refunded me the money that was sent.
I started receiving messages on my personal facebook page from the owners mother calling me vulgar names.
I have screenshots of those messages. I have reached out the BBB in the state where the business is located and I am also waiting on calls from local attorneys to see about starting a personal injury lawsuit.
You need to be very careful in regards to ordering from this company as they do not ship items to you nor do they communicate with you.
