I purchased a 2-in-1 curling & straightening iron, Thyme,(salon quality) from the SalesGuru from an ad on facebook. My order was made on Sept. 27,2017 with a confirmation e-mail sent that day from the company with my order # on it. They stated that I would get a tracking # in 48-72 hours. The email also stated that my order was getting ready and they would notify me by email once it was on its way. $54.94 was taken out of my acct.

Today, Oct. 23, 2017, I still have not received my product. I tried to track my order using my order # on a form they have on the internet to no avail. They state we there is a problem to contact them by using "info@thesalesguru". It does not work. I saw on another complaint that their # is 1-800-435-1529. There is no answer.

I don't know how to get my money returned. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow!

My order of a curling & straightening iron on sept. 27, 2017 has not been received. Today is oct. 23, 2017. $54.94 has been taken out of my acct. I have a order # but they did not give me a tracking #. I cannot reach anyone in the company!!!

Curling iron purchased 07/08/17 and never received despite the money coming out of my account. I have tried to contact the seller several times with no reponse. The website is no longer active and my emails are now bouncing back.

I sent money in for two NEVER received one talked to the company via email an they stated that not only are they on there way but that they will send 3 for my troubles! That was June 2017

I purchased a curling iron they took the money and never sent it to me. I was in contact with them several times and they responed that I should be patient that it would be worth waiting for. Then the dissappeared.

I ordered a $54.00 hair curler in September and $79.00 was withdrawn from my credit card. It was to be delivered in 5 to 7 days so after 3 weeks I contacted them, they said it was on its way. I have contacted them 11 times and eventually they said they would refund my money. I have nothing and I keep emailing them and they won't response.

I bought a thyme flat iron from this company on facebooke. They took me $69, but never sent the product in the mail. There is no way to contact this company.

Placed order on 9/6/17. Received email on 9/11 saying it's on the way. When it hadn't been delivered, I emailed support on 10/12/17 and received reply from Andrew Adams that item had been shipped and was in transit. I then emailed support on 11/21 that item hadn't been delivered and asked for a status or a refund. Received a Failure Notice for the email. I've tried emailing support from the website and get Failure Notice as well.

This is bogus and I'd like to have my money refunded, $54.94.

I saw a curling/straightening iron on facebook and wanted to order one for my daughter. I placed my order and paid $79 CAD to them. I received an email stating they received my order and i would get another email once my order was shipped. I waited about 3 to 4 weeks and nothing. I sent an email to [email protected] asking where my product was. it is a automatic reply that states they are behind but the order would be shipped shortly and if i wanted a refund to email the manager. I waitied another week and emailed the Support email again and recieved the same automatic respeonse. Finally i emailed the manager and asked for a refund. I did recieve a response within 24 hours stating i would get a full refund within 7 to 15 business days. I wated and waited and received nothing. I have email both emails every day with no response. The support email cannot be delivery anymore as their inbox is full. I recieved an fraud alert from my bank that someone was trying to take my off my card. i eventaully have to cance my card and get a new one. I tried emailing the manager again letting them know my card number had changed and to contact me via my phone or email so that i could get my refund. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but i believe they may has tried to use my number. I am not sure and cannot prove it.

Another person who got ripped off by this so called company. Ordered a tyme iron back in the end of september and received what i thought was a confirmation email. Haven't gotten shit, fb you really suck for allowing this to be advertised through your page. Suck a dick sales guru, you fraudulent asses

never received order

I ordered the curling iron/straightener back in Sept. My account was charged, but here I am today with no item and its is mid Nov. This is really bad. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank to try and get the charges reversed. No phone number or site work.....this is so bogus...

I ordered my curling iron/straightener over two months ago. It said it would arrive in 7 days. It was over 40 dollars that they charged my credit card. I have tried emailing/contacting them numerous times. The emails come back returned to met that the box is full. Clearly this is a scam. After looking now I can see that many others have had their money taken and have not received what they were supposed to. I'm not quite sure how they continue to get away with stealing peoples' money without consequence. If this many reports continue to get filed then there have to be some results somewhere. I knew better. Lesson learned.

Never received my order

I really give this company zero stars. They totally ripped me off. This is the first and last time I order anything from a facebook advertisement. I too ordered the curling and straightening iron (thyme) for $54.00 back in Sept. and now it is Nov. and I never received it. I have emailed Vina several times at thesalesguru.com At first she answered and was apologetic for the delay but was very vague about when I was going to receive the item. She doesn't answer my emails anymore. This company is a scam. I want my money back.
