This company sold and sent out a PERSONAL care item that not only was missing the most important part of the item, part of it was not functional, and the 2orst was that it was used. Refused to make it good by replacing items it was missing, refued to replace what was broken, and refused to take it back. Had to beg for an explanation, never got it. Had to send multiple emails, only one returned and then they did nothing!! Run away, it is not just an opened box, they do not stand behind their product. They send and do not disclose it is USED!!!! Run away from these guys, they are also on Ebay!!! I used Paypal so could not get refund. Use credit cards with businesses you are unfamiliar with.
