This company placed an avertisement for beautiful birthstone rings. Since my birthday is in March, I decided to order one. I paid $29.94 American dollars. They also stated they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So I ordered the ring in February, hoping the ring would arrive by my birthday.
I sent an email asking for a tracking number. I was told when the ring left the country of origin...china...they would show tracking. So I waited a few days, still no tracking. I contacted the company, theneedednecklace, and asked them if my ring would be here close to my birthday, I was told they didn’t have an updated tracking list yet. II waited a couple more days and checked. Still o information. So I began sending them daily messages. Finally I received a reply saying, My ring was on its way. (Still no tracking number) so after a month or so, I got another email, saying here is a tracking number.
I checked it and it said it would arrive Tuesday. I was very happy to come home Tuesday and found my small packae in my mil box. I tore into the package and what do I see? A damaged ring. The heart shaped stone was not in the prongs.
So I began emailing the company, telling them about the issue. No reply! I contacted them through Facebook, no replies. I opened a dispute with PayPal. Theneedednecklace didn’t have the courtesy to answer PayPal. All I wanted was either an exchange or a refund. But it seems that info@theneedednecklace or Bubs Media LLC will answer my many emails.
I just want to warn people about this company. They do not honor their 100% satisfaction warranty.
and now, I suspect, thy have changed the name from the needednecklace to come over name.
