I rented a home from what was the Chio-Morales team at Northcap and has recently been changed to the Morales team at Northcap residential. I suspect the recent name change may be because they were found guilty by the Nevada Real Estate Division for several offenses that they commited against my family. The Chio was innocent of all crimes commited against me.
Anyhow, Larry Morales hounded me about moving out of the rental property saying I needed to BUY a home from him instead. I tried to be cordial but it was constant sales pressure and I finally gave a hard "no". Immediately, they started citing me for everything you could imagine.
They said they needed to do a 6 month inspection. The little jerk who cam over, another young Morales family member, watched me move my clothes from the dryer to the bathtub (not the bed as usual because I was also washing the sheets) and then took a picture of the bathtub and said I was breaking the lease for "using the bath tub as storage".
