The joint venture agreement between the maier group, inc and me has made on september 30-th 2008. i have sent a personal check #107 of the amount $5000.00. the name of venture was kim-maier jv. he purchased at auctionon december 19-2008 year,single family home for $329,000.00 address: wildomar, california-92595.i believed everything he said. he repaired this house and put on sale. after this i don't know where the truth is? he promised me personally pay back my hard earning money all this long years until this 2015. i tried to call him, he suddenly disappeared. i was very disappointed. since than i didn't hear from him. i have all documents, sent to bbb report, they couldn't help me.
