Scam

Purchased a coffee mug 4 weeks before Christmas and paid for same day processing. It is now after Christmas and no mug. The company email address bounces message so there is no way to contact them. Stay away. Too bad I didn't research first...

Ordered two Harry Potter products online. They never shipped my items but did charge my card for my purchase. It was a total of $50. I have tried to contact them on all platforms they do not respond at all nor do they answer the phone.

On 22 October 2017 I purchased several items from the Geeks Depot - was sent an email confirming purchase and that shipping details would follow! I never received this information so sent them an email - it bounced and so did the next one! I contacted them on Facebook messenger but they haven’t replied to any of the messages! They also operate a site online called famtasyletters.com its is a clone of the Geeks Depot.

I placed my order on saturday (09/16/17) and paid extra for same-day processing. I received confirmation of my order and was informed that i would also receive notification once it had been shipped. After three business days and no shipment notification i reached out to the business via their customer service email, 12 hours later i received a 'delivery system failure' from gmail essentially informing me my email never sent because the email did not exist Even though i replied directly to the email they used to contact me initially). I tried two more times with the same result. I then went to their website and sent a message via their 'live chat' customer service option which showed that the representative was away but would reply to any messages within 12 hours. I sent a message, and never heard back. Absolutely livid, i did further research and found multiple reports filed for the geeks depot on outscam, all of which mirrored my experience exactly. It took quite a significant amount of digging for me to find anything negative about the website but once i did it was like the flood gates opened. I went back to their website and started looking around to see if i could find any other contact information, the address they have listed belongs to a home in a random california location, however i found a specific and legitimate looking email which is supposed to belong to the employee in charge of refunds. I emailed him demanding my money back and have yet to get a response. I filed a complaint with bbb and ftc, will be locking my card and contacting my bank asap.

I ordered A customized letter on August 12 the website advertised "ships within 48 hours" but by The next week I still had not received it. I checked online and tracking told me that the package still had not shipped. I emailed the website as well as instant messaged via the site asking for an explanation but received no response. I continued to attempt to make contact with my complaints and then after days without a response I demanded a refund with no response. On Aug 30th I received the material I ordered and was sadly disappointed by the poor quality of the letter. After reviewing the website again I noted that what I ordered didn't match the picture they advertise. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this company.

I googled the product I was looking for. Found a Google ad for what I needed at a good price and quick turnaround. I was purchasing it for my daughters birthday and wanted to get it in plenty of time. I clicked the ad, this business was also on the first page of the search too.

I ordered the item, I got a confirmation and the money was charged to my checking account. I was promised a 48 hours delivery. After a few days, I clicked the "view your order" button on my confirmation email and got a generic page stating that my order had been received and was being processed. No other info on what the status was. I emailed asking for an update. Got no response back so I messaged on the chat function on their website. No response. I emailed again and chatted again with no response. I then googled the company and saw that they had many complaints. Many people ordered items and never got the products.

I have since filed complaints with AD Words for a false ad, the BBB, put a scam alert on them and am reporting it here.

DO NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered a personalized Hogwarts acceptance letter for my little sister's birthday. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received my order. Multiple attempts to contact the vendor have been ignored.

I purchased a Harry Potter Personalized Hogwarts Acceptance Letter & Express Ticket and a Time Turner necklace on June 2, 2017. When I made the purchase I was informed that the product was in stock and would ship immediately. I never received notification of the product shipping. I've tried repeatedly to contact the company via email, telephone, and messaging and get no communication back.

I went to purchase a harry potter hogwarts acceptance letter and it was shown as $19.99 (half off, fake deal just to attract buyers) and it said to be delivered in 2-3 days. In 2 weeks I haven't received the product i bought, a response from the numerous emails and posts to their facebook page, or response from the chat page on the site. Never use this website.

I ordered an item from this company's website, and paid for expedited processing. After a few days without the item shipping I sent an inquiry email. I haven't received an answer to any of the emails, livechat messages, or Facebook messages. It seems I am not the only one who has had this problem, and I will be following up with my bank and the FTC.

This is a fradulent business, and I hope this comes up when you search for the company. I had ordered something from their online store that never came. Seller refused to return emails or facebook messages. After seeing that other people on facebook had the same problem, some of us tried to call the company out for fraudulent behavior. The seller deleted these comments. Still nothing on the web exists that tells people what a horrible, scamming company they are. I reported to the FTC, BBB and have filed a dispute with my CC company, but still I want everyone to be aware before paying anything, that this is not a real store or company, just a scam.
