you best just keep looking. The whole time I lived there my apartment was full of c**k Roaches. I am a clean person. The whole building is infeasted. You can see Roaches running down the hallways if you look yet the owner "Ben Piper" won't hire professional exterminators. Drug addicts and vagrants are constantly roaming the hallways doing drugs and drinking in the common areas of the building. There is a security door but they get in anyway and there is never any professional security personnel to come and police the building. The worst is the Bed Bugs though. The building is infeasted and the spread from one apartment to the next. Again the landlord "Ben Piper" won't have the place professionally exterminated. I guess it's cheaper for him to have his Tennant's just move out and throw all their belongings away. Unfortunately he's right. There are so many poor people here in Klamath Falls that he can keep the place full. It's really sad that slumlords like this are still getting away with renting uninhabitable units to people who don't have the resources to fight them So everyone knows this is the same building were Jump n Jax, Aikido of Klamath Falls, and Basin Gaming is in. The Owner Ben Piper is in and out of the infeasted apartments all day. I would hate to see our local residents being unknowingly infeasted by picking up a bug and bringing it home
