This company advertises a store for clothing, accessories and home decor on social media. You make a purchase, and they never respond ever again. There are numerous people trying to contact them via social media about orders they placed and never received.
They delete comments and block people who are persistent about getting refunds or more information about their orders. I only lost $20 but there are items for sale on their site priced in the thousands. Do not buy from this website!!!
I purchased about $80 worth of items from this company and even got an email shortly after from someone named PAUL at Paul thanking me for my purchase. But that was several MONTHS ago. Now when i contact this email, i get no response, when i contact them through the website i get nothing and when i go on their Facebook page, i get the same nothing. These guys are NOT legit!!
Bought a backpack two months ago. It hasn’t shipped yet and the company won’t respond to emails or social media messages. I thought this was coming from China, so a long wait was expected. However, after reading reports of similar situations, it is clear that this company is out to screw people over.
This place needs to be sued and the owner arrested for flat out stealing from customers. They claim to make customer service their number one priority...what a joke!
I had the same issue. Ordered several items, and waited the 2-3 weeks for delivery. Three weeks went by and my order is still in 'confirmed' status. There has been no change since placing the order. I sent a very polite email asking for a status update (not a refund as I still wanted the items). They have yet to respond. I have reported their page on facebook and will be looking into legal means to receive a refund. Wish I found this site before placing the order
